The Civil Police of Pará, through the Division of Repression to Organized Crime (DRCO), launched, on April 29 and 30, the second phase of the operation "Renorcrim/Parabellum", with the execution of 20 preventive arrest warrants in five Brazilian states: Pará, Amazonas, Goiás, Santa Catarina, and Rio de Janeiro. The action reaffirms the commitment of the Government of Pará to a qualified confrontation against criminal organizations, with firm action both inside and outside the territory of Pará.

Coordinated by the Delegacy of Repression to Criminal Factions (DRFC) and the Police Intelligence Center (NIP), the operation had the support of local Civil Police and the Directorate of Police of the Interior (DPI), in addition to the Police Station of Cametá. The warrants were issued by the Court for the Combat of Organized Crime.

Among the arrests made, one man located in Goiás stands out, against whom three preventive arrest warrants were executed. According to investigations, he is identified as a leader of the criminal organization and responsible for threats directed at members of the Judiciary of the municipality of Cametá.

"Three preventive arrest warrants were executed against him. The investigated individual is identified as a leader of the criminal organization and as the author of threats to members of the Judiciary of the municipality of Cametá," detailed the director of DRCO, Juliano Corrêa.

In Rio de Janeiro, during searches at Bangu Penitentiary, two cell phones used to order crimes in Pará were seized. In Amazonas, a woman investigated for extortion and with strong involvement in the faction was arrested — she flaunted a luxurious lifestyle on social media. In Santa Catarina, five members were also captured. The other arrests occurred in Belém and municipalities in the Metropolitan Region.

"This second phase of the operation reinforces the continuous work of the Civil Police of Pará in the qualified repression of organized crime, both within and outside our borders," added Juliano Corrêa.

With the most recent arrests, the Delegacy of Repression to Criminal Factions, subordinate to the DRCO, has already executed 105 arrest warrants in 2025, consolidating the State's efforts in combating crime, focusing on intelligence, integration among security forces, and strategic action against criminal leaders.
