Government of Pará and CIIR are internationally recognized for excellence in rehabilitation, inclusion, and sustainable management
The award reinforces the social impact and management model of CIIR in the Latin American scenario

The Government of Pará, through the Integrated Center for Inclusion and Rehabilitation (CIIR), once again achieves international recognition and consolidates its position as a reference in rehabilitation, social impact, and sustainable management in Brazil.
On May 16, this Friday, during the XVIII edition of the LAQI Impact Summit – Brazil, held at the Sheraton WTC in São Paulo, CIIR will be awarded as Brazilian Company of the Year, in front of an audience of more than 600 national and international leaders and experts.
The award recognizes the quality of business management, commitment to the Laem – Latin American Excellence Model, and good business practices inspired by the UN 2030 Agenda.

This recognition transcends borders and reinforces the institution's commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and a patient-centered care model. “This international achievement is a direct reflection of the Government of Pará's commitment to quality public health, centered on human care and inclusion. The recognition of CIIR reinforces that we are on the right path, investing in efficient, innovative, and sustainable management that transforms realities and ensures dignity for people with disabilities. It is a source of pride for the State to see a public service reach this level of excellence, being a reference not only in Brazil but throughout Latin America,” emphasized the State Secretary of Public Health, Ivete Vaz.
This historic milestone symbolizes the technical competence and integrated management of CIIR and its real impact on transforming lives, strengthening the social protection and inclusion network in the Northern region of Brazil.
The international LAQI Q-ESG certification, validated in a digital registration technology (blockchain) to ensure global authenticity, positions CIIR among the most innovative organizations committed to environmental responsibility, social impact, and ethical governance in the Latin American scenario.

Approval – The positive impact of the work developed at CIIR can be directly perceived by users and their families. This is the case of Hilda Franco da Silva, 49 years old, a housewife and mother of little Vitória da Silva Farias, 7 years old, diagnosed with cerebral palsy and attended for a year by CIIR's rehabilitation service: “After my daughter started treatment at CIIR, she has evolved a lot. Before, she couldn't hold anything with her hands or sit up by herself. With the therapies, she started to sit and interact better, recognize people, and understand everything. The service is excellent, from the physiotherapists to the reception. I feel very grateful for this service. This award is more than deserved!” she commented.
Excellence – For the executive director of the Rehabilitation Center, Rejane Xavier, the recognition is the celebration of a deeply human mission. "This new achievement represents the effort of an entire dedicated and passionate multiprofessional team transforming lives through inclusion. It reaffirms our purpose of being an active agent of inclusion and excellence in rehabilitation. We will continue to advance, with innovation, quality, and social commitment," concluded the manager, emphasizing that CIIR demonstrates once again that inclusion and rehabilitation are strategic pillars of a fairer, more sustainable, and innovative future. It is the Government of Pará, through excellence in public management and the strength of CIIR, reaffirming its prominence in Brazil and the world.

CIIR is a reference in Pará for medium and high complexity assistance to people with disabilities (PCDs) visual, physical, auditory, and intellectual. Users can access the Center's services through referrals from health units, welcomed by the Regulation Center of each municipality, which in turn forwards to State Regulation. The request is analyzed according to the user's profile by the State Regulation System (SRE).
