Debt negotiation with Cosanpa reaches the final weeks
Agreements can be made until May 31 with benefits for customers
With discounts of up to 90%, the "Count on Cosanpa" campaign reaches its final stretch with a series of benefits for customers, such as installment payments and interest reductions. Debts can be negotiated until May 31, in person at service stores, online, by phone, and at the Usinas da Paz in Marabá, Abaetetuba, and Castanhal.
The "Count on Cosanpa" campaign is held annually with the aim of reducing delinquency rates and increasing the capacity for investments to improve water treatment and sewage systems in the 52 municipalities where the Pará Sanitation Company operates.
"In 2024, we made over 11,000 agreements during the campaign we promoted at the end of the year. For this year, the goal is to increase the number of benefited customers. Therefore, we have brought forward the campaign and expanded services with teams in three Usinas da Paz, in addition to the service channels," explains Cosanpa's Market Director, Paulo Cavalcante.
To prevent fraud and scams, the Company advises that both the consultation of debts and negotiations be made through the official service channels. The online debt consultation is available on Cosanpa's website (www.cosanpa.pa.gov.br), under the Service tab and then in Issue the 2nd copy of the bill. With the amount in hand, the customer can contact via the Chat available on the website, through the Call Center at 0800 0195 195, via WhatsApp message to (91) 3122-7194, or at service stores.
"It is important for the customer to access the official customer service channels provided by Cosanpa, where the negotiation is quick and secure. All questions about the campaign and other routine services of Cosanpa should be clarified through these channels," adds Paulo Cavalcante.
