Detran holds new auction of vehicles and scrap on the next 30th

The State Department of Transit (Detran) will hold, on the next 30th, another auction with more than 300 vehicles. Cars and motorcycles will be available, classified as recoverable and intended for dismantling, manufactured between the years 1991 and 2018. The activities will take place in the cities of Belém, Santarém, Itaituba, Altamira, Marabá, and Parauapebas.

The auction aims to transfer vehicles that have been in Detran's retention yards for more than 60 days. These vehicles were sent for auction because their owners did not seek the agency to regularize the infractions identified during traffic inspections. For this reason, the cars are removed to the yard according to the terms of Law No. 9.503/97, after being approached.

The main attraction of the auctions is the chance to buy vehicles for prices lower than those practiced in the market. For those looking for savings when acquiring an asset, it is possible to find units in good condition. In addition, the auctions organized by Detran ensure agility in the payment process. In the next event, scheduled for Friday, the 30th, the starting bids are R$ 100.

The auction will take place online, and interested parties must register at least 48 hours in advance on the Vip Leilões website, the company responsible for conducting the event.

The complete notice, with information about documentation, rules, and the list of available vehicles, can also be accessed on the Detran website. Detran emphasizes that the only way to acquire vehicles from the agency is through the auction process.
