State brings services from Usinas da Paz to the MEI Week 2025 program
With a special structure set up to serve the visiting public, the State is ensuring easy access to a range of services during the programming of the largest training and business event aimed at Individual Microentrepreneurs in the region
The State Government is participating in the Individual Microentrepreneur (MEI) Week 2025 by offering free services provided by Usinas da Paz. The program, which started last Monday (26) and runs until Friday (30), is promoted by Sebrae and is considered the largest training and business event aimed at Individual Microentrepreneurs in the region.
With a special structure set up to serve the visiting public, the State is ensuring easy access and with the help of trained professionals to a range of services offered at Usinas da Paz, through the Balcão Cidadão program, such as issuing second copies of documents like SUS card, CPF, voter registration, and Digital CTPS, issuing criminal records, vaccination cards, resumes, elderly cards, ID Jovem, in addition to access to other services offered by the Federal Government through Gov.br.
"The idea is to bring to this important program some of the more than 70 services offered daily at Usinas da Paz, bringing microentrepreneurs closer to tools that they often need but find some difficulty in accessing or lack guidance and technical support. Here the State is once again present to ensure access to important services," highlighted the State Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga.
The
merchant Valdir Santos visited, on the morning of this Tuesday (27), the space in search of assistance for updating his CadÚnico and issuing the elderly card. For him, the initiative of the State Government is important to facilitate the population's access to services. "I live in Pedreira and sometimes it is difficult to go to Usina da Paz to seek assistance. Here it is much easier to get it. The service is important," he said.
Balcão Cidadão - Completely free of charge, the 'Balcão Cidadão' project, coordinated by the ParáPaz Foundation, facilitates the issuance of second copies of essential documents for those who need to access health services, education, social programs, and job opportunities, such as elderly cards, ID Jovem, Digital Work Card, second copy of CPF, Voter Registration, among others.
The service is provided directly at Usinas da Paz, with less bureaucracy and the support of trained staff to guide and print the documents on-site. The project acts as a bridge between the citizen and their rights.
In 2024, the program ensured approximately 40,000 services at Usinas da Paz and, in 2025, the total number of services has already surpassed 23,000.
MEI Week 2025 - Promoted by Sebrae and partners, the MEI Week is a national event that promotes training and business aimed at Individual Microentrepreneurs across the country.
This year, in Pará, the event seeks to align its programming with the opportunities of COP 30, which will be held in Belém in November. A total of more than 430 training sessions will be offered, with programs in all regions of the State, such as product and service exhibitions, debt negotiation, guidance, and formalization of MEI.
In Belém, the business fair features 27 booths, in addition to a food court, a crafts area, plants and flowers, training areas, a kids' space, a show kitchen, and spaces for consultations with specialists and strategic partners, such as financial institutions.
Service - The programming of the MEI Week 2025 runs until Friday (30), from 9 am to 7 pm. In Belém, the event is being held at the Sebrae Pará headquarters, at Rua Municipalidade, 1461, Umarizal neighborhood.
