The target audience is individual microentrepreneurs (MEIs), microenterprises (MEs), and small businesses (EPPs) in the commerce, services, and industry sectors.
The training represents an opportunity for participants to learn how to calculate and define appropriate prices, considering factors such as cost, competition, consumer market profile, and perceived value by the customer. The coordination is by the Directorate of Industry, Commerce and Services Development (DDCIS/Sedeme) and the technical consultancy of Sebrae-PA.
With a structured curriculum, the course will have a dynamic and accessible methodology. The classes include theoretical exposure with clear language, case studies, dynamics, and practical activities, as well as spreadsheets and free tools. The program also includes group discussions and optional mentoring, further enriching the participants' experience.
Sharry Rodrigues, director of DDCIS, emphasizes the importance of initiatives like this to empower entrepreneurs. She highlights the need to understand the factors that influence prices, calculate costs accurately, and define strategies that maximize profitability without compromising customer accessibility.
According to DDCIS, the course will cover essential knowledge for efficient financial management, and correct pricing of products and services is one of the fundamental pillars for the success of any business, especially for micro and small entrepreneurs who face daily challenges in market competitiveness.
