Users can negotiate debts with discounts of up to 90% and register for the Água Pará Program
The Pará Sanitation Company (Cosanpa) started service at the new Usina da Paz in Capanema, northeast of the State, on this Monday (16). At the new UsiPaz, delivered this month by the Government of Pará, Cosanpa offers several essential services, such as obtaining a second copy of bills, pre-registration for the Água Pará Program, and debt negotiations, with proposals for discounts of up to 90%, exemption from interest and fines, and installment payments of up to 12 times.

Before starting service to users, 2,000 collection letters were sent to customers residing in Capanema who are in debt with Cosanpa.
Having a fixed service point at UsiPaz speeds up the resolution of pending issues with the Company. "The opening of another service space in the region reinforces our commitment to facilitate access to services and improve the quality of life for the residents of Capanema. We are ready to meet the community's demands and help resolve pending issues quickly and efficiently," said Robson Querino, Credit Recovery Manager at Cosanpa.
In addition to Capanema, the Company maintains service posts at the Usinas da Paz in Marabá, Castanhal, and Abaetetuba, reinforcing its presence in various regions of Pará.
