Registrations Closed for the Water Run
Public filled a thousand spots well ahead of schedule. The event will feature a run and a walk next Sunday (29) at Utinga Park in Belém
With four days to go until the 2025 edition of the Water Run, organized by the Pará Sanitation Company (Cosanpa), registrations are already closed. A thousand people have secured their participation in the run and walk, which will take place this Sunday (29) at the Camillo Vianna State Park of Utinga.
"We exceeded all our expectations! We closed registrations ahead of schedule precisely because we reached the maximum capacity of participants, which demonstrates the great interest and enthusiasm of our community for the Water Run. This event is an opportunity for us to reinforce our commitment to the environment, promoting awareness and actions that contribute to a more sustainable future," highlighted Paloma Lins, the Director of People Management and Logistics at Cosanpa.
The collection of kits with the shirt and bib number can be done on Friday (27) and Saturday (28), at the Water Run store located in Pátio Belém shopping mall, from 11 AM to 9 PM. To pick up the kit, it is necessary to donate 2 kilograms of non-perishable food and present an official photo ID.
Participants can arrive at the race location at 5 AM on Sunday, in front of Ideflor Bio. The start of the run (8km) will be at 6 AM, and the walk (4km) will begin shortly after.
