In Mosqueiro, Integrated Mobile Command and Control Center ensures monitoring on the first Sunday of the summer season
The actions are part of Operation Summer 2025, which started last Saturday (28) and will continue until August 4.

Focal points of the state security forces continue to operate in an integrated manner at the Integrated Mobile Command and Control Center (CICC Móvel), linked to the Public Security and Social Defense Secretariat of Pará (Segup). The structure is installed at the junction of Avenida 16 de Novembro with Avenida Beira Mar, at Chapéu Virado beach, in the Mosqueiro District. The actions are part of Operation Summer 2025, which started last Saturday (28) and will continue until August 4.
At the CICC Móvel, security agents coordinate operational strategies, monitor occurrences in real-time, and oversee, through the video monitoring cameras distributed throughout the island, the main flow points. The integration allows for more agility in decision-making and public service.

Direct service via 190
Occurrences received through the emergency channel 190, from the Integrated Operations Center (Ciop), are directly routed to the CICC Móvel system, facilitating the activation of teams operating in the field in the district.
According to the head of Segup, Ualame Machado, the actions were brought forward to ensure more tranquility for families already visiting beaches and resorts due to the start of school vacations.
“We have launched integrated actions to ensure a safe and peaceful summer. In Mosqueiro, the first weekend of operation has been calm, with no reports of occurrences or services at the CICC Móvel so far. Our teams are on standby in the center and on the island's roads, and firefighters are active on the beaches to maintain order and promptly assist the public if necessary,” said the secretary.

Reinforced workforce
More than 150 security agents are reinforcing policing in Mosqueiro, one of the main tourist destinations in the state during the month of July. The expectation is that the flow of summer visitors and tourists will increase in the coming weeks.
For local workers, the presence

of the state represents more tranquility. This is the case of street vendor Pedro Paulo Amaral, who sells snacks and drinks at Chapéu Virado beach.
“I have lived here for 20 years. Before, we saw many problems, even with homeless people. With the arrival of the security totem and the CICC, everything has improved. The confusion and theft have decreased, and now we feel safer to work. We are confident that we will have a peaceful vacation,” reported Mr. Pedro.

Inspection and prevention
Throughout the operation, agents are working to combat noise pollution, the use of cerol on kite lines, the entry of glass bottles onto the beaches, and actions to confront violence against vulnerable groups — such as sexual harassment against women, children, and adolescents.
The teams from the Fire Department and Civil Defense continue to guide bathers regarding the risks of the tide, as well as conducting rescues and first aid if necessary.
The operation also intensifies inspections in bars and restaurants, in addition to maintaining rounds and visible patrolling to deter criminal practices throughout the island.

Operation Summer 2025
Considered the largest action in the state public security calendar, Operation Summer 2025 mobilizes more than 9,200 agents in ostensive and preventive actions at the main beaches and resorts in the state. Launched on June 28, the operation will continue until August 4, reinforcing policing and promoting educational and inspection actions.
Participating in the operation are agencies linked to Segup, such as the Military, Civil, Scientific, and Penal Police, the Military Fire Department, Detran, Seap, as well as institutions like Artran, Adepará, Ideflor-Bio, Municipal Guards, and the Port Authority.
