Military Police trains 240 agents from the Metropolitan Region Policing Command
The course aims to enhance technical and tactical knowledge over seven weeks to standardize security actions
The Military Police began on Monday (14) the technical and operational training of agents (men and women) who are part of the Metropolitan Region Policing Command (CPRM). The "Operational Training for Police Improvement" (Coap) is being held at the unit's headquarters, in Shopping Metrópole, in Ananindeua (Metropolitan Region of Belém), from July 14 to August 29, gathering 240 military police officers, divided into six groups, with 40 participants each.

The training aims to enhance knowledge and standardize actions in technical and tactical aspects, so that military police can increase their risk perception capacity through the creation of complex scenarios.
During seven weeks, students will be trained in the mastery of knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to safety rules, handling, use, and proper management of institutional equipment and weapons, based on techniques that can be employed, either on duty or on days off, with the appropriate legal support.

Quality - The Coap represents a fundamental stage in the professional trajectory of officers, significantly contributing to the improvement of the quality of services provided to society and strengthening the corporation's guidelines.
The implementation reinforces the institution's commitment to extending knowledge related to the preservation of life, both of security agents and other citizens, respecting human rights. To this end, it encourages debates and case studies related to nineteen subjects within thematic areas, such as technical functions and specific procedures in public safety.
