Military Police Band will perform at the Maçarico beach front
Next weekend in July, the Military Police, through the Band of the corporation, will bring the Musical Sunset project with performances at the Maçarico beach front in the municipality of Salinópolis.
According to the Military Police, the project represents another cultural leisure option for residents and visitors of the region, and the performances also aim to strengthen the bonds between the community and the Military Police, as music is a strong tool for social and cultural interaction.
The centenary Military Police Band of Pará plays a role beyond traditional military functions; it acts as a vehicle for institutional dissemination, strengthening the image of the corporation and promoting culture and entertainment at musical events.
According to the Military Police, the PM Band uses musical performances to create emotional bonds through a repertoire of rhythms, musical styles, and regional, national, and international sounds.
“The Musical Sunset project will be held at the Maçarico Beach front in Salinas. The performances will feature saxophone, keyboard, and drums, with which we will sing various rhythms and regional, national, and international songs. Music is a rich source of interaction among people,” emphasized the commander of the PM Music Band, Lieutenant De Deus.
