Seap opens selection process with 49 vacancies for various positions; check it out

For those looking for an opportunity to enter the state public service, another chance has arisen this year. The State Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration of the State of Pará (Seap) has opened registrations for the 2nd Simplified Selection Process (PSS) of 2025 to fill 49 vacancies. With the new PSS, the secretariat aims to maintain the quality of its services throughout Pará.

The opportunities are for various positions, requiring education levels from elementary, middle, and higher education, with salaries of up to R$ 5,639.00. Registrations can be made until August 4, 2025 - only online at the electronic address: dgp.seap.pa.gov.br/sisp

The head of the People Management Directorate (DGP) of Seap, Waldilson Colins, clarifies that this new PSS came to fill the vacancies not filled in the previous PSS, held in April of this year. "The vacancies in the PSS aim to fill positions not filled in the previous PSS, as well as to fill vacancies of servers who requested terminations before the end of the contract," he revealed.

In this current PSS, eight of the 49 vacancies will be offered with resources from the National Secretariat of Penitentiary Policies (Senappen), through an existing agreement between the two institutions. These vacancies are intended for the Social Offices of Belém and Marabá. The ES are linked to the Directorate of Social Reintegration (DRS), which promotes assistance to individuals released from the penitentiary system, offering psychosocial support and legal assistance.

"In fact, there are 08 vacancies offered with resources from Senappen, due to an agreement with this Secretariat, aimed at hiring professionals to work in the Social Offices of Belém and Marabá and in the Peace Factories, in order to expand the services of assistance to individuals released and their families," explained Colins.

Another 06 vacancies will be funded with resources transferred through the Decentralized Execution Term (TED) by the State Secretariat of Public Health (Sespa) to Seap. "The resources originate from the State Health Fund (FES), for the purpose of executing the National Policy for Comprehensive Health Care for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PNAISP)," clarifies the director of DGP.

Salary - The initial remuneration for positions at the Elementary level (gross monthly salary) will be R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais), plus 100% Life Risk Gratification - R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais), in addition to R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais) for food assistance.

For positions requiring Middle and Technical Middle education, the gross monthly remuneration will be R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais), plus 100% Life Risk Gratification - R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais), Salary Allowance - R$ 100.00 (one hundred reais), and R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais) for food assistance.

For Higher level positions, the hired individual will receive a gross monthly salary of R$ 1,724.64 (one thousand seven hundred and twenty-four reais and sixty-four cents), plus the incorporation of 100% Life Risk Gratification R$ 1,724.64 (one thousand seven hundred and twenty-four reais and sixty-four cents). The future server also receives 40% Education Gratification, R$ 689.86 (six hundred and eighty-nine reais and eighty-six cents), and the amount of Food Assistance of R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais).
