The government of Pará guarantees more sanitation for the headquarters of COP30. The state delivers the second phase of the works on the Canal da Avenida Gentil Bittencourt, in Belém. Since 2019, the government has invested in improvements in 17 channels in the capital. The state also finalizes the concession for water supply and sewage services. This initiative will benefit 27 municipalities and approximately 800 thousand people. The Secretary of Public Security and Social Defense releases a report on the "Operation Summer 2025" and points to a decrease in crime rates. More than 9 thousand agents operated in 50 locations.
