On next Saturday (09), the State Attorney General's Office (PGE) will hold its first Citizenship and Health Action in Belém, offering free services to the community at the annex to the institution's headquarters. Services will include issuance of documents (ID, CPF, digital work card, birth, marriage, and death certificates, ID for pets, and voter registration), legal assistance, vaccination (against Covid-19, Yellow Fever, and Dengue), HIV and hepatitis testing, blood pressure and blood sugar measurement, registration of bone marrow donors, and delivery of biofertilizers.

“The expectation for our first action in this regard is the best possible! We hope that the population will show up in large numbers on Saturday morning and take advantage of the services and rights that will be offered,” said Camila Farinha, Deputy Attorney General for Litigation.

The event is part of the program honoring the 40th anniversary of the PGE and will take place in partnership with the State Public Defender's Office (DPE), the State Department of Public Health (Sespa), the Hemopa Foundation, and the Department of Environment and Sustainability (Semas).

“The PGE is a new institution. This year, we are celebrating 40 years of existence. In celebration, we are carrying out several actions. Among them, the Citizenship and Health Action, aimed at inviting the people of Pará to celebrate these 40 years with our institution. After all, our services primarily focus on ensuring the rights of the population. Together with these other institutions, we will guarantee a morning of rights and health,” added Camila Farinha.

Vaccination will also be available for the population

Access – The action will take place from 9 AM to 2 PM at the annex building of the State Attorney General's Office (PGE), with entry allowed from both sides of the building (from Conselheiro Furtado, No. 616, and from Rua dos Tamoios, 1671).

“We want to show the services that the PGE offers to the population. For that, society needs to know that we exist, first and foremost, and what services we offer. Today, we already have a space that is open to citizens, which is our entry point for information and access to processes, among others. We have work to be seen and respected. In these 40 years, we have expanded our service offerings in Belém and in the interior of the State. This is our main goal in carrying out this action,” emphasized Roland Massoud, State Attorney and coordinator of the commemorative actions for the 40th anniversary of the Attorney General's Office.

All services will be offered upon the delivery of tickets, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The list of necessary documents for the public to access the services is available on the PGE's social media or via the link: https://www.pge.pa.gov.br/acao-cidadania-e-saude.
