Detran opens registrations for CNH Pai D’égua Special Edition for Atypical Mothers in Marajó and 4 new regions
Registrations must be made through the website cnhpd.detran.pa.gov.br, until August 20
After completing the enrollments in Belém and the metropolitan region, the Department of Transit of the State of Pará (Detran) begins, this Monday, the 18th, another phase of the CNH Pai D’égua program, special edition for Atypical Mothers. This time, women residing in the regions of Marajó, Abaetetuba, Capanema, Paragominas, Tucuruí, and municipalities in the region will be contemplated.
According to the notice, mothers registered and updated in the Cadastro Único (CadÚnico) until February 28, 2025, can participate. It is necessary to present a medical report of the son or daughter with the CID of the disability, issued exclusively by a public health network (SUS) doctor, and who do not have an active Renach. Other requirements are also provided in the notice.
Registrations must be made exclusively through the website cnhpd.detran.pa.gov.br, from August 18 to 20. In this phase, it is not necessary to present documents. Candidates only need to fill out the electronic form. The list of approved candidates will be published on September 3.
In this new stage, the municipalities of Afuá, Anajás, Augusto Corrêa, Abaetetuba, Acará, Aurora do Pará, Breves, Breu Branco, Bonito, Bragança, Bagre, Baião, Bujaru, Colares, Concórdia do Pará, Curuçá, Cachoeira do Arari, Chaves, Curralinho, Cachoeira do Piriá, Capanema, Capitão Poço, Cametá, Dom Eliseu, Garrafão do Norte, Goianésia do Pará, Igarapé-Açu, Inhangapi, Irituia, Igarapé-Miri, Ipixuna do Pará, Mãe do Rio, and Limoeiro do Ajuru are included.
The list also includes Melgaço, Muaná, Magalhães Barata, Maracanã, Marapanim, Mocajuba, Moju, Nova Esperança do Piriá, Nova Timboteua, Novo Repartimento, Ourém, Oeiras do Pará, Peixe-Boi, Primavera, Ponta de Pedras, Portel, Paragominas, Pacajá, Quatipuru, Salvaterra, Santa Cruz do Arari, São Sebastião da Boa Vista, Soure, São Caetano de Odivelas, São Domingos do Capim, São Francisco do Pará, São João da Ponta, São Miguel do Guamá, Santa Maria do Pará, Santo Antônio do Tauá, Salinópolis, Santarém Novo, São João de Pirabas, Santa Luzia do Pará, Terra Alta, Tomé-Açu, Tracuateua, Tucuruí, Tailândia, Ulianópolis, Vigia, and Viseu.
With this new phase of registrations, atypical mothers interested in participating in this special edition of the CNH Pai D'égua program must access the program's website, read the entire notice, and pay attention to the municipality where they live, the coverage region, as well as the registration period for each locality. The CNH Pai D’égua program expands access to free licensing, in addition to ensuring autonomy for the beneficiaries of these regions, who face challenges in the daily care of their children. A total of 600 spots are available for atypical mothers, that is, those who have children with physical or intellectual disabilities, rare syndromes, neurological disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or chronic illnesses that require continuous and specialized care.
The integrated action continues the state policy of social inclusion and mobility. “The State Government also wants to be part of this necessary support network. In addition to providing a job opportunity, the CNH can help these mothers acquire a vehicle and thus facilitate the daily lives and special care of these families,” explains the general director of Detran, Renata Coelho.
