Adepará's Simplified Selection Process (PSS) opens registrations this Monday (18) until Wednesday (20)
The Simplified Selection Process (PSS) offers opportunities in temporary positions for higher education, secondary, and elementary levels, totaling 58 vacancies.

The Agricultural Defense Agency of Pará (Adepará) is open for registrations for a new Simplified Selection Process (PSS) with vacancies in temporary positions for higher education, secondary, and elementary levels.
Notice No. 01/2025 of the 11th PSS of Adepará offers 58 vacancies distributed across the Agency's units in 34 municipalities and two districts. The selection aims for temporary hiring for the positions of veterinarian, agronomist, accountant, social worker, administrative assistant, agricultural fiscal agent, and field assistant, with remuneration ranging from R$ 1,688.55 to R$ 2,782.59, plus food allowance and other benefits.
Conducted by Adepará, through the Simplified Selection Process Commission, responsible for the execution, monitoring, and supervision of the entire process, the PSS will comprise three phases: - First Phase: Registration, of a qualifying nature; Second Phase: Document and Curriculum Analysis, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature; and the Third Phase: Interview, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature: to be conducted via video call, WhatsApp, or Google Meet.

Registrations until next Wednesday (20)
To register, the candidate must access the website www.sipros.pa.gov.br, from August 18 to 20, 2025, fill out the registration form, and request the registration which, in addition to other information, will require the candidate's CPF and email, contact details, and information about education, professional experience, and qualifications.
In addition to checking the data in the electronic registration, the candidate must confirm the information and attach all required supporting documentation.
No registration fee will be charged, and the candidate must upload files of the following documents:

- Supporting documentation of education front and back;
- Document proving registration and clearance with the class body, for higher-level positions and for the position of Agricultural Fiscal Agent – both sides;
- Professional qualification documentation, in the area for which they are applying, issued from 01/01/2022, according to the information provided at the time of filling out the registration request, certificate/diploma front and back;
- Individual Taxpayer Registration;
- Identity Card or National Driver's License – both sides;
- Voter registration and Certificate of electoral clearance;
- Military service card or proof of exemption, for male candidates;
- Proof of residence, issued in the last 90 (ninety) days, for electricity, water, or telephone;
- Criminal record certificate from the Civil Police of the State of Pará and Criminal record certificate from the Federal Police within the specific validity period;
- Criminal record certificate from the Court of Justice of the State of Pará (www.consultas.tjpa.jus.br) within the specific validity period;
- Professional proof documentation – copy of the Work Card with the necessary identification and records and/or Certificate of Length of Service or Declaration specifying the time of effective exercise, that is, day, month, and year;
- Declaration of Links with Public Administration, according to the Federal Constitution (Art. 37 and Law No. 5,810/24.01.1994 - RJU/PA, Art. 162 and 163);
- Curriculum Vitae with the candidate's photo, containing a maximum of 2 (two) pages. Curriculum Vitae is mandatory, which will be used in the third phase – interview, if the candidate is classified.

After filling in the data, sending the documentation, and confirming the registration, the system will issue a number that proves the registration and the score obtained by the candidate according to the evaluation criteria.
In the second phase, the supporting documents of candidates who obtain at least a score of 5.0 (five) for higher-level positions; a score of 9.5 (nine and a half) for technical-level positions; a score of 9.5 (nine and a half) for secondary-level positions; and a score of 18 (eighteen) for elementary-level positions will be analyzed, also observing the maximum limit of 03 (three) times the number of vacancies offered for each position.
In the interview, only those classified in the previous stage will be called, for each position, in descending order of the score obtained in the Document and Curriculum Analysis, limited to the call of 03 (three) times the number of vacancies offered for each position, respecting the tie-breaking criterion.
A candidate who obtains a score lower than 5.0 (five) points will be eliminated in this phase, for positions of all levels of education.
The final score of the candidate will be composed of the sum of the scores obtained in the document/curriculum analysis and in the interview.
