'Por Todas Elas' offers health, leisure, and citizenship services to residents of Icoaraci
The State Government also delivered 50 benefits from the CredCidadão Program to entrepreneurs, boosting the economy and income generation

The week began with free services offered by the Government of Pará to the residents of Icoaraci, a district of Belém, through the "Por Todas Elas" Program. On this Monday (18), the program that brought health, leisure, and citizenship, in addition to microcredit, had its importance emphasized by Governor Helder Barbalho.

“The ‘Por Todas Elas’ has been traveling through the cities of the Metropolitan Region of Belém and throughout the State to offer services, care for women, and also for families. Fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, grandfathers, grandmothers, everyone can receive around 30 services offered by the State Government here. Everyone can be welcomed by the Program. I celebrate and congratulate this movement, led by Vice Governor Hana, which cares for those who need it most,” emphasized Helder Barbalho.
Hana Ghassan, the creator and coordinator of the state program aimed at serving women, highlighted her satisfaction in seeing the State once again bringing services to the population of Icoaraci. “We are very happy to be here in another action of 'Por Todas Elas'. We thank the trust of every woman who is here with us. This Program was created for the care of women, and it is good to be here, listening and being able to meet these demands close to people's homes. That’s what we want, a Government close to the population and standing by those who need it most,” assured the Vice Governor.

Specialized care - Throughout the morning, more than 30 completely free services were provided, such as document issuance, medical and dental care, eye exams, and selection of frames for the production of prescription glasses, rapid tests for disease detection, vaccination, and referrals for specialized exams.

One of the highlights of the program was the Women's Truck, which now has another unit to increase the speed and convenience of health services offered to the female audience. The mobile units are equipped for exams and specialized consultations, including care in mastology and ultrasonography — with results delivered on the spot — as well as procedures for breast, thyroid, axilla, total abdomen, urinary tract, and transvaginal. Mammograms and preventive exams for cervical cancer (PCCU) are also offered.

The program also included aesthetic services, health care for animals, guidance from the State Public Defender's Office, prize draws, cultural presentations, and recreational activities for children and adolescents.
Resident Ivonete Silva was one of the beneficiaries of eye exams and the selection of frames for new prescription glasses. According to her, the State's initiative “is a unique opportunity. I was very well attended, and today I leave here happy because I know I will see better, and that makes a difference in my daily life. This program shows that we, women, are really being valued.”

Hairdresser Eliane Vaz took advantage of the action to care for her dogs, Nikita and Fiona. “I was very happy with this opportunity because many times we cannot afford to take our pets to the veterinarian. Here they received attention and went through the consultation. It’s good to know that the Program also looks after our pets,” said Eliane.
Encouragement for entrepreneurship - The "Por Todas Elas" also delivered benefits from the CredCidadão Program, which offers lines of credit to stimulate the economy by investing in small businesses. A total of 50 benefits were delivered, totaling R$ 150,000, to ensure that women entrepreneurs in the district of Icoaraci can boost their businesses and generate income for their families.

Resident Tamilles Bahia highlighted the social impact of the Program. “I found the action very important, a great social project for the population, especially because it is free. Many people would not have access to these services if it weren't for this opportunity. It’s a gesture that values and helps many families,” she stated.
