State conducts over 600 services at 'Job Fair' in Belém
Event offered services such as unemployment insurance, registration at Sine, issuance of the digital work card, labor guidance and information about the job market, as well as interviews for job vacancies, among others

The Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat for Social Assistance, Labor, Employment and Income (Seaster) and the National Employment System (Sine), held on Thursday (21) another edition of the 'Job Fair' in Belém. The action offered various opportunities for several sectors, including commerce, services, and construction. About 611 people received assistance on site.
On this occasion, there were interviews for job vacancies, as well as services for unemployment insurance, registration at Sine, issuance of the digital work card, consultations for PIS, support for creating and using the Gov.br account, labor guidance, and information about the job market.

“Without a doubt, this is a good opportunity, especially for those who have no experience. I saw it on Seaster's Instagram, I even shared it, and I came here today to bring my son Antônio Marcos, who is studying administration and is a person with autism spectrum disorder. And in this format, it makes it much easier, as there are companies already conducting interviews in the same location,” said Claudiane Souza.
For those seeking their first opportunity in the job market, a team from Seaster provided various services for the 'First Job' program, with guidance and registration in the system.
“I heard about the Job Fair from friends, and it came at a good time, as I recently finished high school, so I can work, since I want to pursue a degree soon in the environmental field,” emphasized Mauricio Pantoja.
More than 400 vacancies were offered, including: administrative assistant, warehouseman, laborer, bricklayer, nursing technician, pantry worker, receptionist, telemarketer, welder, assembler, waiter, bartender, painter, salesperson, HR manager, and others.

Seaster works in partnership with companies throughout the State to offer and promote more job vacancies in the labor market, ensuring the generation of employment and income for the people of Pará.
"This initiative is great, as we already conduct interviews here after the screening done by Sine and Seaster, so we can compose our team in a calm and appropriate manner, given that our company is establishing itself in Pará. This support provided by the secretariat is necessary and very good for the worker who is entering the market," said recruiter Edivaldo Florentino.
“The Government of Pará, through Seaster, strengthens its commitment more and more to the execution of strategies that prioritize the entry of more people into the job market. The 'Job Fair' is part of this plan, as a priority, because this initiative stimulates the generation of employment and income in the State, in addition to the training we offer through courses and guidance, for the professional growth of all,” highlighted the head of Seaster, Inocencio Gasparim.
In partnership with the Public Defender's Office of Pará, the action also included legal guidance.
