UsiPaz Tucuruí completes one month with over 4 thousand services guaranteed to the population
The complex on Kennedy Avenue, in the Nova Matinha neighborhood, has a wide and modern structure, with a swimming pool, library, computer rooms among others
Usina da Paz in Tucuruí, inaugurated last month by the Government of Pará, has already established itself as a reference space for citizenship and social inclusion in the municipality of southeastern Pará. In just 30 days of operation, the complex has guaranteed over 4,700 services in different areas, such as health, sports, leisure, culture, professional qualification, and citizenship services.
Delivered on July 23, the unit of the largest citizenship complex in Latin America offers the population of Tucuruí actions from various public agencies and secretariats, such as medical consultations and exams, document issuance, sports classes, school reinforcement courses, professional training, and more.
The benefits brought by Usina da Paz have made a difference and improved the daily lives of the community, says Micael Souza, a resident of the rural area of Tucuruí. “I have always been well attended here at the Usina, where I managed to get documents issued and also sought courses for my son. The service offered is of quality and important for everyone. It is a project that came to our city to add value,” said Micael.
Located on Kennedy Avenue, in the Nova Matinha neighborhood, UsiPaz Tucuruí has a wide structure, with fully equipped and modern spaces. There is a library, computer rooms, sewing and gastronomy, theater, multicultural square, sports courts, swimming pool, among other environments dedicated to more than 70 types of completely free activities.
“Usina da Paz in Tucuruí came to transform lives, bringing the public power closer to families and ensuring access to services that make a difference in people's daily lives. In just one month, we are already seeing stories of overcoming and opportunities opening up for the population,” pointed out the State Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga.

The Usina da Paz Tucuruí is located on Kennedy Avenue, between Travessa Raimundo Carvalho and Avenida Michel Dib Tachy, Nova Matinha neighborhood. The complex operates from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm, and on weekends, from 8 am to 12 pm or according to special programs and/or community demands.
