The Civil Police of the State of Pará, through the Division of Repression to Thefts and Robberies (DRFR), executed, this Wednesday, the 10th, a preventive arrest warrant against a man for robbery and criminal association.

The investigated individual, who already has a criminal record for robbery and drug trafficking, is identified as one of the participants in several residential robberies that occurred in 2025. One of the crimes took place on February 27 of this year, when the criminals invaded a house around 3 a.m., keeping the victim in captivity until dawn. At that time, personal belongings, a vehicle, and amounts transferred via PIX under coercion were taken.

“Our teams identified the man after he abandoned the victim's vehicle at a workshop to alter the identification plate. During the investigations, cell phone conversations were extracted that confirmed his participation, in addition to a formal confession made by him today, at the police station, at the time of his arrest,” explained delegate Arthur do Rosário, head of the DFRF.

At the time of the crime, the mastermind of the action, who is also a member of a criminal faction, was arrested.

The duo remains in custody through a preventive arrest decree, and the Civil Police of Pará continues with efforts to locate and capture the other members of the criminal group.
