“Por Todas Elas” brings citizenship, health, and leisure to the Tapanã neighborhood in Belém
The event took place at the Aldebaro Klautau State School and provided a morning of free services for neighborhood residents, with citizenship, health, and leisure services.

The Government of Pará held, this Friday (12), another edition of the program “Por Todas Elas”, this time in Tapanã, Belém. The event took place at the Aldebaro Klautau State School and provided a morning of free services for neighborhood residents, with citizenship, health, and leisure services.
In total, more than 30 services were available, including document issuance, mammography and ultrasound exams, medical and ophthalmological consultations, selection of frames for prescription glasses, rapid tests for disease detection, vaccination, and health guidance. Aesthetic services, recreational activities for children, and health services for pets were also provided, ensuring that the entire community benefited.
Present at the event, Governor Helder Barbalho highlighted the program's proposal to expand the population's access to quality services. “The name of the program is 'Por Todas Elas', but the benefit is collective. Here, we take care of women, but we also serve men, children, the elderly, and even pets. This is the Government's mission: to be close to people, offering dignity, citizenship, and a better quality of life for all,” he stated.

Vice Governor and project creator, Hana Ghassan emphasized the welcoming nature of the initiative. “In Por Todas Elas, we listen, welcome, and care. It is a program that values health, citizenship, and also the self-esteem of women. More than 160,000 services have already been provided throughout Pará, and our goal is to increase this number even more because we know the importance of this direct contact with the population,” she said.
Inclusion - The action ensured registrations for the issuance of the Identification Card for Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Ciptea), services from the Public Defender's Office, and the State Coordination for Persons with Disabilities (Ceped).
Among the beneficiaries, atypical mother Geane Lobato was present to request the Identification Card for Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Ciptea) for her daughter, Hadassa. She highlighted the relevance of the document and the opportunity provided by the state action. “This card is very important for the identification of atypical children. It helps in recognition and ensures that our children have access to the rights they need in their daily lives,” she emphasized.

Housewife Jaqueline Pinto also took advantage of the action to update her prescription glasses and choose a new frame. “I had been needing to change my glasses for some time, and here I found this opportunity. I was able to have the exam, choose the frame I liked the most, and now I will receive my new glasses. This service makes all the difference, especially for us women,” she stated.
Young Camille Vitória, a resident of the Parque Verde neighborhood, took her pet dog, Angel, for veterinary care and registration for spaying. “I found it very important that the program also thinks about our animals. Angel received care, will be spayed, and this brings more safety and health for her,” she shared.

Numbers - In just the first two weeks of September, this was the seventh major action carried out by the State Government through the 'Por Todas Elas' program in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, with various services and delivery of prescription glasses to residents of different neighborhoods.
The program has already traveled to various municipalities in all regions of the State and totals about 160,000 services since its inception, establishing itself as a public policy of inclusion, care, and citizenship.
“The 'Por Todas Elas' program is a commitment of the Government of Pará to the appreciation, care, and dignity of Pará women. Each action carried out represents an opportunity for transformation, access to essential services, and strengthening of self-esteem. That is why this program is so important in welcoming, protecting, and opening paths of hope for thousands of Pará residents,” declared the State Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga.
New actions will soon be carried out, and the schedules can be consulted through the official Instagram @seac.pa.
