The event took place at the Municipal School Profª Terezinha Souza and brought together hundreds of people on a morning filled with services for the public of all ages

Residents of the Castanheira neighborhood in Belém benefited this Tuesday (16) from another edition of the program "Por Todas Elas," promoted by the Government of Pará. The event took place at the Municipal School Profª Terezinha Souza and gathered hundreds of people for a morning filled with free health, citizenship, and leisure services.

During the event, Governor Helder Barbalho highlighted the administration's commitment to caring for people and emphasized the program's relevance. "I want to congratulate Vice Governor Hana, who is the coordinator of this initiative. The most important thing is to look after those in need, to care for people. The 'Por Todas Elas' has exactly this objective: to be close to the population, listen to their demands, and offer dignity. With each edition, we reaffirm that the government is present in the lives of Pará families," he said.

Vice Governor Hana Ghassan, the program's creator, reinforced that the action is also a space for listening and welcoming. "Seeing so many people receiving important services for their daily lives is a reason for joy. We want every woman to know that there is a government that looks after those who need it most. Just today, more than 5,000 people will pass through here, and we have already reached over 160,000 services since the program's inception. These numbers show that we are on the right path, ensuring rights and building opportunities," she emphasized.
More than 30 services were available, including document issuance, medical consultations, mammography exams, ultrasound, and eye exams, as well as the selection of frames for new prescription glasses. There were also rapid tests, vaccinations, referrals for specialized consultations, services from the Public Defender's Office and the State Coordination for Persons with Disabilities (Ceped), recreational activities for children, and health services for pets.

Among the beneficiaries was 56-year-old Castanheira resident Vaneide Moura, who needed to change her glasses. "I had my glasses expired and took the opportunity to do the exams and choose a new frame. It was an incredible opportunity because many times we cannot afford to buy such a product. I leave here very satisfied," she said.
Aesthetics - In the aesthetics area, participants had access to services such as nail polish, eyebrow design, haircuts, manicure, and pedicure. The activities provided moments of personal appreciation and reinforced the importance of self-esteem and women's self-care as an essential part of health and well-being.

Housewife Carina Cristina, 53, was one of the women who took advantage of the action to ensure a beauty day. "This action is necessary for our community. Today I had a beauty day that renewed my self-esteem. It is important to value women, take care of oneself and our women's health. This strengthens us," she stated.

Commitment - This was the eighth action of the program carried out only in the first half of September, reinforcing the state government's commitment to ensuring essential services and bringing public policies closer to the population.

Created in 2024, the program "Por Todas Elas" has already traveled to different municipalities in Pará and totals over 160,000 services provided. The initiative seeks, in addition to offering health, citizenship, and leisure services, to strengthen the role of women in society, encouraging their participation as protagonists in the construction of rights and public policies.
