State promotes social action with free services in the Guamá neighborhood, in Belém
During the event, Governor Helder Barbalho announced a new initiative: a truck dedicated to men's health starting from the next edition of the program
The Government of Pará held, this Thursday (18), another social action through the program "For All of Them", in the Guamá neighborhood, in Belém. The event took place at the Cathedral of the Foursquare Family and provided a morning full of free health and citizenship services to the families of the community.
More than 30 services were available, including document issuance, medical consultations, mammography exams, ultrasound, and ophthalmological exams, as well as the selection of frames for prescription glasses. Referrals for specialized exams, registration for the Identification Card for Persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Ciptea), aesthetic services, recreational activities for children, Public Defender services, and health services aimed at pets were also offered.
During the program, Governor Helder Barbalho emphasized the importance of bringing the Government closer to the population and announced a new initiative. "Today, in partnership with the Foursquare Church, we are close to the people, attending, caring for, and listening to the population of Guamá, with all the services of the For All of Them program. And starting next week, we will innovate: we will have another truck, this time aimed at taking care of men's health, with preventive and diagnostic exams. We will continue to care for people, working for all of Pará," he stated.
The Vice Governor and creator of "For All of Them" Hana Ghassan also highlighted the program's expansion, noting that care now goes beyond the female audience. "For All of Them has already been serving men in some actions, but now we will have a specific day for them. We know that many men do not have the habit of taking care of themselves, which is why this initiative is essential. The new service truck will reinforce this focus on our men, on our Pará residents," she emphasized.

One of the beneficiaries was housewife Rosângela Araújo, 47, who had an ophthalmological exam and chose a frame for her new prescription glasses. "I was very happy with the service. I had my eye exam and already chose the frame for my new glasses, which I had been needing for a long time. This service makes it much easier for those who cannot afford a private consultation," she highlighted.

Meanwhile, freelancer Marilza Nobre, 53, sought care from a general practitioner. For her, the initiative came at an important time. "I came to take advantage of the consultation with the general practitioner, and it was a blessing because I was already in need of follow-up. This action came at a good time, helping us, as it makes our lives easier since the action comes to us, close to our homes," she shared.
Only in September, this was the tenth action promoted by the program, which has been ensuring access to essential services in different neighborhoods of the Metropolitan Region of Belém and in the interior of the State.
Numbers - Created in 2024, the For All of Them program aims to offer health, citizenship, and leisure services, as well as to encourage female participation in politics and the strengthening of rights. Since its implementation, the program has already surpassed the mark of 170,000 services provided.
