Polyclinic of Santarém opens selection process with registrations until the 30th for 120 vacancies
Selection focuses on hiring the professional staff and creating a reserve list
The Polyclinic/Natea of Santarém, in western Pará, opens on this Tuesday (23), the registrations for the selection process that offers about 120 vacancies, in addition to forming a reserve list. The initiative aims to hire the multidisciplinary team of the unit to expand service to the population and strengthen the public health network in the region. Registrations remain open until September 30.
The opportunities are distributed among different levels of education. For the middle level, there are vacancies for Receptionist, Young Apprentice, Administrative Assistant, Hygiene and Cleaning Assistant, Waste Collector, Orderly, Receptionist, and Call Center Operator.
At the technical level, the available positions include Nursing Technician, Occupational Nursing Technician, IT Technician, Safety Technician, and Maintenance Officer, among others.
For higher education, the process includes vacancies for Administrative Analyst, IT Analyst, Administrative Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Purchasing Assistant, Property Assistant, Social Worker, Physical Educator, Nurses, Pharmacist, Speech Therapist, Nutritionist, Pedagogue, Psychologist, and Occupational Therapist.
Registrations and stages of the selection process
Candidates must send an updated resume accompanied by the Registration Form (Annex 1) duly filled out by September 30 to the email [email protected], informing in the subject line the title of the desired position. The registration form is available in the Notice published on the official website.
The selection process will consist of 5 stages, which will follow criteria and weights, thus assuming an eliminatory and classificatory character at each stage. The process will begin with the curriculum screening, followed by general or specific knowledge tests, behavioral evaluation, technical interviews, and document analysis. In addition to immediate hiring, approved candidates may be included in the reserve list and may be called upon as needed by the unit.

The Polyclinic/NATEA of Santarém, a unit of the Government of Pará, reinforces the State's commitment to expanding and qualifying health services in the region. The facility will feature dozens of medical specialties, as well as high-complexity laboratory and imaging tests, surgical procedures, and a Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (NATEA), focused on the diagnosis and follow-up of individuals with autism.
