Training of Cosanpa employees ensures improvements in service to the population
EGPA presents training opportunities that will qualify the employees of the Pará Sanitation Company

The qualification of public servants represents a fundamental step towards improving the services provided to the population. With this goal, the School of Public Governance of the State of Pará (EGPA) presented, this Wednesday (24), to the employees of the Pará Sanitation Company (Cosanpa), the various training opportunities that could directly impact the quality of service offered to the people of Pará.
The meeting, held in the auditorium of Cosanpa in Belém, showcased the possibilities of ongoing training offered by EGPA, covering extension courses, undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The initiative strengthens the State government's mission to invest in the appreciation of its employees, so that the population receives increasingly efficient and humanized services.
For Keyla Tavares, an employee of the intern department, she emphasized the importance of employee qualification. "Since we work with people, courses related to human resources are our greatest interest," she stressed.

The partnership with Cosanpa ensures that the 1,500 professionals of the company have access to diverse training, aligned with the needs of public management and the challenges of contemporary administration. Thus, citizens can count on better-prepared employees to respond to demands related to sanitation, an essential area for the quality of life of the population.
According to the general director of EGPA, Hélvio Arruda, the offerings range from short update courses to undergraduate and postgraduate programs that deepen knowledge in various areas.
"When we are invited to go to a public entity, as we were today at Cosanpa, we bring the information from EGPA in its entirety. In addition to qualification courses, we also offer our technological undergraduate course in Public Management; postgraduate courses at the specialization level, employee appreciation programs such as 'Inova Servidor' and 'Canta Servidor', and distance learning training," says Hélvio Arruda.
This initiative is part of the School of Governance's policy to strengthen ties with state agencies and entities, ensuring that investment in professional training results in more modern, accessible, and quality public services, benefiting the entire society of Pará.
Also present were the president of Cosanpa, Colonel Dilson Júnior; the Operations Director, Antônio Crisóstomo; the Director of People Management and Logistics, Colonel Saraiva; the Financial and Market Director, Vitor Borges; and the Director of Expansion and Technology, Hélio Brazão.
