The security operation coordinated by the State Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense (Segup) ensured the smooth execution of the Unified National Public Competition (CPNU) exams this Sunday (3) in 17 municipalities in Pará. The actions, developed in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), were completed without any recorded incidents throughout the state territory.

Starting in the escort phase of the exams, the work involved real-time monitoring of the routes and locations of application, conducted at the State Integrated Command and Control Center (CICC) in Belém. Representatives from the security forces and the exam organization monitored the entire process, ensuring that the packages arrived and returned on schedule.

More than 450 agents from state and municipal forces were mobilized throughout Pará to reinforce the security of the candidates. After the exams concluded, the teams began the reverse escort, ensuring the safe return of the packages to the correction points.

The security coordinator of Segup, Lieutenant Colonel Ilanise Rodrigues, highlighted the success of the operation.

"We had a good result in the execution of the CPNU in Pará. We did not register any type of problem, whether with the delivery of the packages, which occurred as planned, or with the application of the exams themselves. State and municipal public security acted in an integrated manner in the Metropolitan Region of Belém and in the other municipalities," she emphasized.

Real-time monitoring

The CICC in Belém centralized the monitoring of all stages of the operation, also covering the municipalities of the Metropolitan Region. Approximately 400 cameras were used throughout the state to monitor roads, access points, and the surroundings of the 76 exam locations.

The information was relayed in real-time to the MJSP through the Sinespcard 3.0 platform, a tool that allows operational monitoring and the direct sending of data to the National Integrated Command and Control Center in Brasília.

Participating cities and operational structure

Pará was the seventh state with the highest number of registered candidates in the CPNU, totaling 35,957 candidates among the 761,000 participants from all over Brazil.
