'Jucepa in Motion' arrives in Parauapebas focusing on deregulation and strengthening entrepreneurship
The seminar presented new features of the Integrador Pará and reinforced partnerships with municipalities to modernize the business environment
The Commercial Board of the State of Pará (Jucepa) held, this Thursday (23), in Parauapebas, another edition of the seminar "Jucepa in Motion", bringing together accountants, public servants, and representatives of the local productive sector. The initiative aimed to enhance dialogue with municipalities and present the new features of the Integrador Pará system, a tool that integrates municipal, state, and federal agencies, making the processes of opening and regularizing businesses faster and simpler.
During the event, Jucepa's technical team detailed the system updates, which aim to reduce deadlines, eliminate unnecessary steps, and strengthen the business environment in Pará municipalities, focusing on deregulation and improving the entrepreneur's experience.
Strengthening the local economy
At the opening of the seminar, Jucepa's Secretary-General, Karla Dias, highlighted the importance of approaching municipalities and valuing the professionals who work directly in the formalization of businesses.
“Jucepa in Motion is an action that strengthens dialogue with professionals who are on the front lines of development. Our focus is to simplify processes, reduce bureaucracy, and support those who generate jobs and income. Parauapebas is a strategic hub for Pará, and we want the Integrador Pará to be an ally of sustainable growth in the region,” said Karla Dias.
Representing the municipal management, the director of the Revenue Department of the Parauapebas City Hall, Anderson Silva, reinforced that the integration of systems is essential to modernize public management and stimulate the formalization of new businesses.
“The modernization of the processes of registering and licensing businesses brings more agility and transparency. When we reduce bureaucracy, we favor the entrepreneur, increase formalization, and strengthen municipal revenue in a healthy and sustainable way,” he emphasized.
Accountants as strategic agents
During the meeting, accounting professionals also participated in the discussions, reinforcing the strategic role of the category in the regularization process and in strengthening local entrepreneurship.
“The accountant is a strategic partner of the entrepreneur. With more integrated tools, we can better guide our clients, reduce errors, and contribute to the regularization of businesses. It is an important advancement for those who work on the front lines, dealing daily with the challenges of formalization,” said Zana Barros, representative of the Accounting Council of Parauapebas.
Parauapebas as an economic hub
Responsible for about 19% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Pará, according to the Amazon Foundation for Support of Studies and Research (Fapespa), Parauapebas is today one of the main economic engines of the State. The extractive mineral industry, led by the mining company Vale, represents more than 80% of the municipality's economic production, which has also been standing out in diversifying its productive base.
Sectors such as commerce, services, and construction are showing significant growth, with the expansion of retail, bars, restaurants, delivery services, and technology. The number of individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs) has also increased, especially in the areas of commerce and service provision, consolidating entrepreneurship as a vector of development.
