The integrated work of public security forces continues this Friday (7), in Belém, with monitoring on the second day of the "Leaders' Summit," which brings together heads of state, vice presidents, and ministers from various countries ahead of the World Conference on Climate Change (COP30) of the United Nations (UN). The actions consist of monitoring convoys moving to the event location at the City Park.

Constant monitoring in an operation that brings together various security agencies

From the Integrated Command and Control Center (CICC), in the Marco neighborhood, which integrates the facilities of the State Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense (Segup), the Federal Highway Police (PRF), in partnership with the Military Police, State Department of Transit (Detran), and the Municipal Secretariat for Security, Public Order, and Mobility (Segbel), monitors the escorts of authorities from the Escort Central. Still at the location, in another room, agents monitor roadblocks.

The Secretary of State for Public Security and Social Defense, Ualame Machado, accompanied the work of the forces and highlighted the integrated effort of the agencies. "We are at our Command Control Center monitoring the second day of the Leaders' Summit. Everything is proceeding as planned. The authorities are already inside the COP environment for discussions, and everything is going according to our planning with all integrated security forces, so that we can deliver what was scheduled," he informed.

Integration - The Escort Central, coordinated by the PRF, works together with the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Police, Military Police, Detran, Segbel, and the Municipal Guard of Belém. From the Central, teams monitor surveillance cameras, analyze the performance of operations, and coordinate the movement of delegations.

The integrated coordination has been very positive, evaluated the coordinator of the Central, inspector of the Federal Highway Police Alan Vasconcellos. According to him, "we have the participation of all the agencies planned for the fulfillment of this mission, which has been very productive. The integration has occurred objectively, allowing for the resolution of any challenges of the operation. We are already at the end of the second day, and we have managed to transport the authorities as expected. The agencies inside the airport have already boarded and returned to their countries of origin. Now, we are in the final stretch, with the conclusion of activities scheduled for the 9th, when the last international authorities will move to their countries," he explained.

The Central, in addition to escorts, operates in blocking areas and operational reinforcement for authorities. In this sense, the structures that the Government of Pará has made available, including the CICC and other bases, have been fundamental for supporting the operation, added Alan Vasconcellos.

The route of the authorities is monitored at the Command and Control Centers

Command bases – The main security bases are distributed near the Belém Air Base, the Outeiro Port, and the main access corridors to the City Park. The Integrated Operations Center (CIOp) operates 24 hours, with increased personnel, monitoring 417 cameras on the streets of the capital and another 30 dedicated exclusively to COP30. The system also integrates images and activations from security totems spread throughout the Metropolitan Region of Belém.

On Dr. Freitas Avenue, at the corner with Duque de Caxias Avenue, Segup installed the Mobile Integrated Command and Control Center (CICCM), which monitors images in real-time and maintains direct communication with teams in the field. At the State Integrated Command and Control Center (Cicce), in the Marco neighborhood, the Regional Integrated Security Executive Committee (Cesir) operates, coordinated by the Federal Police, in accordance with the National Doctrine of Integrated Action (DNAISP).
