The partnership between the School of Government and the private university marks the completion of another class of public servants
The Public Governance School of the State of Pará (EGPA) held, this Tuesday (25), at the David Mufarrej auditorium of the University of the Amazon (UNAMA), the graduation ceremony for the new masters in Administration and Knowledge Management formed through the agreement established between the institution and the state government agency.
During the ceremony, titles were awarded to professionals who, throughout the course, developed research applied to the reality of state public administration, contributing to innovation, efficiency, and improvement of services provided to the population.
The public servants who dedicated themselves, over the two years, to academic improvement and the production of knowledge aimed at strengthening public management celebrated the conclusion of this stage.
Cristina Lopes, an EGPA servant, recalls that the journey was not easy, as she had to balance work in public service with academic life. "The first feeling that comes is one of gratitude, first to God and to public service as a whole, because it is what drives us to want to continue this service to society, thus, we continue to study, improving to serve with quality and transparency," says the new master.
Representatives from the institutions participated in the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of continuous qualification of public servants.
Helvio Arruda, the general director of EGPA, highlighted the institution's commitment to promoting excellent education for state servants. "The graduation of the new masters, public servants, promoted by the University of the Amazon in the training of the two courses, with the direct cooperation of the Public Governance School of the State of Pará, brings me great satisfaction and pleasure to participate in an extremely important event that will impact our fellow public servants, now graduated for the rest of their lives," emphasizes the general director.
