Vira Pará will feature Nattan, Joelma, Natanzinho Lima, Gaby Amarantos, and Carabao on New Year's Eve
The event will mark the turn of the year in Belém on December 31st. The party will be held in the parking lot of Mangueirão, with free entry and starting at 8 PM.
The singers Nattan, Joelma, Natanzinho Lima, Gaby Amarantos, and the sound system Carabao have been confirmed as attractions for the "Vira Pará," an event that will mark the turn of the year in Belém on December 31st. The party will be held in the parking lot of Mangueirão, with free entry and starting at 8 PM.
The announcement was made by Governor Helder Barbalho on social media on the morning of this Thursday (27). "The 'Vira Pará' is already born giant and now is part of the official tourist calendar of our State," highlighted the governor in the post, emphasizing that the party will be free, family-friendly, and will bring together artists from Pará and all over Brazil.
The realization of "Vira Pará" follows the agenda of major events promoted by the State Government throughout 2025, consolidating Mangueirão as one of the main stages for celebrations in the capital.
In June, the second edition of Parárraiá brought together more than 500,000 people over four days of free programming, also in the parking lot of Mangueirão. The lineup included performances by Gusttavo Lima, Chitãozinho & Xororó, Wesley Safadão, Manu Bahtidão, Mari Fernandez, Nattan, Joelma, Jonas Esticado, Felipe Amorim, Pablo, among other national and regional artists, as well as presentations by traditional June dance groups.
During Parárraiá, Helder had already hinted that the State was preparing a grand New Year's Eve celebration and confirmed Nattan as one of the attractions for the turn of the year.
Still this month, before the "Vira Pará," the parking lot of Mangueirão will host the festival "Vem Louvar Pará," featuring major names in gospel music in a free program. On the 4th, Isadora Pompeo, Maria Marçal, and Aline Barros will perform. On the 5th, Thalles Roberto, Jefferson & Suellen, and Fernandinho will take the stage.
During the announcement of "Vem Louvar Pará," the governor emphasized the importance of maintaining the rhythm of the city's cultural agenda after COP30. "We do not want Belém to slow down," said Helder, highlighting the government's effort to strengthen the State's cultural calendar with events that boost the economy and tourism.
In 2024, the New Year's Eve celebration promoted by the government of Pará took place at Porto Futuro, featuring performances by local artists and fireworks. Helder emphasized that "the 'Vira Pará' comes to expand this program and offer a year-end celebration worthy of what the people of Pará deserve."
