The Olympic Stadium of Pará Journalist "Edgar Proença", Mangueirão, is the stage for the grand final of the "Parazão Banpará 2025" championship this Sunday (11), with the second decisive match between the traditional clubs Remo and Paysandu. About 2,000 security agents will be integrated into the organization to ensure the tranquility of the fans and the surrounding community. The stadium gates and parking lot will open from 1 PM and the ball will start rolling on the field at 5 PM.

The operational deployment will begin in the morning. At 11 AM, there will be a police presence with inspections inside Mangueirão and the parking lot. In the early afternoon, there will be reinforcement for the moment of opening the access gates and the stadium parking for the public.

The Command and Operational Control Center of Mangueirão will gather the focal points of each force. From the Center, it is possible to monitor the images from the cameras installed in the stadium and its surroundings, thus speeding up responses to operational demands, if necessary.

All operational measures have been consolidated in previous meetings to ensure the normality of the event, emphasizes the deputy secretary of Operational Management of the Public Security and Social Defense Secretariat (Segup), Colonel PM Sérgio Neves.

“For the highly anticipated final of the Pará championship, we are implementing a comprehensive and meticulously planned security scheme, aiming to ensure the protection of all fans present,” highlighted the official.

Colonel PM Sérgio Neves added: "More than 2,000 public security agents, including Military Police, Civil Police, Fire Department, Traffic Department, and Scientific Police, will be strategically positioned and working in coordination to ensure a safe and peaceful environment. Our goal is to provide a positive experience for all participants, allowing them to enjoy the event with total safety and confidence.”

Security Scheme - The security strategy developed includes reinforcement in policing and monitoring of access roads, maintenance of order and safety in the stadium; the regulation of traffic flow to ensure fluidity; the agility in assisting the population if there is a need to register occurrences at the Fan and Major Events Police Station and the Women's Assistance Police Station, and the guarantee of the right to go and come for all with tranquility.

The units installed in Mangueirão, such as the Event Police Battalion, responsible for preserving public order at major events, will be fully operational in coordinating the overt actions of the Military Police troop.

Monitoring Center - The Operational Command Center (CCO) will be activated with the aim of concentrating the monitoring of images from about 800 cameras installed in the stadium and its surroundings, and also speeding up security demands. The Center is located in the box sector of the stadium, on side B.

Integration of Forces - The planned actions involve teams from Segup, through the Operational and Intelligence and Criminal Analysis deputy secretariats, Graesp and Ciop; Military and Civil Police, Detran, Military Fire Department, and Seap, as well as other state agencies such as Seel, federal agencies such as the Federal Police, and also municipal agencies, Municipal Guard and Segbel.
