The ‘Saeb 2025 Caravan’ continues to promote personalized training for the leaders of state schools, this time for the Regional Education Directorates Belém 4, 5, 6, and 7. The meeting, organized by the State Department of Education (Seduc), took place this Tuesday (10) and aimed to strengthen management teams to ensure advances in the quality of education and preparation for the Basic Education Assessment System (Saeb).

“We have already made significant progress on this journey. We are the state that has grown the most in Brazil, and these are the DREs that have stood out the most, presenting the best results throughout the state. This needs to be recognized. We are talking about a region and a group of professionals who have been doing exceptional work. These results show that they are a reference for all of us in many aspects. Our mission is to intensify our efforts and ensure that no one is left behind,” says Rossieli Soares, Secretary of Education.

The participants delved into essential topics such as the analysis of educational results, strategies to improve student proficiency, and ways to optimize school flow. The focus was on preparation for the Saeb test, and everyone left the event with new ideas and tools to face the challenges ahead.

For Diana Argolo, director of the Pinto Marques State School, this moment represents a valuable recognition for those on the front lines of education. “Oh, this is very important for us because it means valuing professionals, you know? It is very gratifying to see our work in the school being recognized. This shows how important we are to education,” said the director.

With great enthusiasm and excitement, the program was a valuable opportunity for exchanging experiences and reflections on the challenges of education. Among the participants was Joyce Amaral, pedagogical coordinator of DRE Belém 4.

“These moments are important because they allow us to present work that has been built over months, even years, by an entire team: teachers, managers, families, and the entire school community. All of this with a single goal: to ensure the learning of our students. It is a chance to show what is being done, always focusing on what really matters, which are the results in the learning of our students,” highlights the professional.

The event not only provided a significant space for training and knowledge sharing but also strengthened the collective commitment to improving education in Belém. It became evident that, through collaborative work, it is possible to transform the reality of schools and build a more promising future for all students.
