Water Run already has 70% of registrations completed
Registrations can be made until June 26 or while spots are available.

Organized by the Pará Sanitation Company (Cosanpa), the Water Run already has more than 700 registered participants as of this Wednesday (18). The Pereira family is confirmed for the event, which takes place on June 29 at the Utinga Camillo Vianna State Park. Nurse Ana Flávia Moura has been running for seven years and, in addition to running training, practices weightlifting to avoid injuries. Besides her, her mother and sisters will also participate in the event.

“We are a family of runners and we always run together. This year, only my father will not participate due to an injury. But my mother, my sisters, and I are confirmed, and we even bought matching shorts to have fun,” said Ana Flávia Moura.
For her, taking care of nutrition and rest before the event is essential, after all, the run will have an 8 km route and a 4 km walk within the park. The matriarch Sidney, at 59 years old, is an example of dedication to physical activity in the family. She maintains a routine of running daily.
“The practice of physical activity is essential for health. I always encourage my family to run from an early age, with environmental awareness. I take my water bottle, throw the trash in the right place, and teach this to my daughters,” highlighted Sidney Figueiredo Pereira.

The concentration for the run and walk will be at 5 AM, in front of Ideflor-Bio. The race will start at 6 AM, followed by the walk.
"We are committed to promoting actions that encourage health, well-being, and social responsibility. The Water Run is an opportunity to strengthen these values, promoting conscious and sustainable sports practice in our community," emphasized Paloma Lins, the Director of People Management and Logistics at Cosanpa.
