See how cultural and tourist spaces operate this Corpus Christi holiday

Units and tourist spots have open visits and special programs

During the extended Corpus Christi holiday, starting this Thursday (19) until Sunday (22), various cultural, tourist, and leisure spaces in Pará will have special operations. In some, there will be programming with June festivals, visits to museums, and parks.

Estação das Docas starts June programming
Managed by the Social Organization Pará 2000, the Estação das Docas complex will operate on extended hours. This Thursday (19), holiday, the location will open from 10 AM to midnight. Starting Friday (20), the Estação Junina programming begins, with attractions starting at 5 PM.

Check the hours:

06/19 (Thursday): 10 AM to 12 AM
06/20 (Friday): 10 AM to 1 AM
06/21 (Saturday): 10 AM to 1 AM
06/22 (Sunday): 10 AM to 12 AM

Parks will operate normally
Mangal das Garças: Open from Thursday to Sunday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. Closes on Monday (23) for maintenance.
Utinga State Park "Camillo Vianna": Open from Thursday to Monday, from 6 AM to 5 PM. Closes only on Tuesday (25).
Museums and cultural spaces of Secult
The State Department of Culture (Secult) informs that the museums and memorials will be open on Thursday (19), from 9 AM to 2 PM, and on Friday (20), from 9 AM to 5 PM. The spaces include:

Forte do Presépio
Gem Museum
Marajó Museum
Amazonian Navigation Memorial
Círio Museum
Sacred Art Museum
Cultural Space Casa das Onze Janelas

Parque da Residência: Thursday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM
Belém Porto Futuro Urban Park: Thursday and Friday, from 6 AM to 10 PM (entry until 9:30 PM)
Soledade Cemetery Park: Thursday, from 9 AM to 2 PM; Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM
Theatro da Paz has guided tours:

Thursday (19): 9 AM to 12 PM
Friday (20): 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM
Saturday (21): 9 AM to 12 PM
Sunday (22): no visitation

The Cultural Station of Icoaraci will remain closed on the 19th and 20th. The Public Archive of Pará and the State Museum remain closed for maintenance.

Cidadania Stations will have optional hours
The State Department of Planning and Administration (Seplad) declared optional hours at the Cidadania Stations located in Belém, Ananindeua, Tucuruí, Itaituba, Marabá, and Santarém on June 19 and 20. Activities will resume on Monday (23), according to prior scheduling and programming of each unit.

Espaço São José Liberto has special hours
Linked to the Department of Economic Development, Mining, and Energy (Sedeme), Espaço São José Liberto will operate this Thursday (19) from 10 AM to 2 PM. The location hosts handicrafts, jewelry, and exhibitions, and operates normally from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays and holidays, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Hydroviário Terminal expects 8,000 passengers
The Pará Ports and Waterways Company (CPH) expects the boarding and disembarking of approximately 8,000 passengers at the Belém Hydroviário Terminal between June 19 and 22. The most sought-after destinations are the municipalities of the Marajó archipelago: Ponta de Pedras, Soure, Salvaterra, and Camará.

Tips for those traveling:

Arrive at the terminal at least one hour in advance
Buy tickets from regular companies and keep the ticket
Bring official photo ID
Children need to have a birth certificate and/or judicial authorization
Even with ongoing revitalization works, the THB will continue to operate normally, focusing on the safety and comfort of passengers.

Safety guaranteed
The Civil Police of Pará informs that its sections will operate normally throughout the holiday, ensuring service to the population.

The special programming reinforces the commitment of the Government of Pará to access to culture, leisure, and the safety of citizens during extended holidays.
