In Marabá, health units open job vacancies and reinforce inclusion of PWD
The Regional Hospital of Southeast Pará and Carajás Polyclinic are accepting applications for the selection process until June 23
Two important state health units in Marabá have an open job selection process until June 23. The Regional Hospital of Southeast Pará – Dr. Geraldo Veloso (HRSP) and the Carajás Polyclinic Miguel Chamon are recruiting new professionals to strengthen their teams. The vacancies include operational and technical positions, as well as the formation of a talent pool aimed at People with Disabilities (PWD).
At the Regional Hospital, there are vacancies for nursing technicians, a position that requires training in the field and active registration with the professional council, and for hygiene and cleaning assistants, which requires completed elementary education. At the Polyclinic, the opportunity is for a reception agent, with a requirement of completed high school.
In addition to immediate vacancies, both institutions are receiving resumes from candidates for their talent pool, especially for PWDs, aimed at the inclusion of these professionals in different areas of public health units.
“We are looking for professionals who want to make a difference. Our environment values humanization, teamwork, and care for others,” says psychologist Arthur Zanelli, coordinator of People Management at the Regional Hospital.
Zanelli also emphasizes the importance of diversity in team composition. “We believe in the potential of each individual, and we are prepared to welcome PWD professionals in our units. We want everyone to feel part of our purpose of caring,” adds the psychologist.
The two units are managed by the Institute of Social and Environmental Health of the Amazon (ISSAA), in partnership with the State Department of Public Health of Pará (Sespa), and are part of the state public health network.
How to apply
Those interested in joining the team at the Regional Hospital should send their updated resume to the email: [email protected]. Candidates focusing on the vacancy at the Carajás Polyclinic should send their resume to: [email protected]. The desired vacancy should be included in the subject of the email.
According to José Roberto, organizational psychologist at the Polyclinic, the selection process of the institutions will consist of several stages, all of an eliminatory nature, including resume screening, tests, and interviews.
“We want people who share our values and understand the impact of their work on the lives of others. Here, more than a vacancy, we offer the chance to be part of something bigger: caring with dignity and respect,” said psychologist José Roberto.
