Seduc provides guidance on the payment of performance bonuses related to Ideb 2023

The State Department of Education (Seduc) announced, this Wednesday (30), a notice with guidelines regarding the payment of performance bonuses based on the Basic Education Development Index (Ideb 2023) to current and former employees classified as temporary or permanent, who had vacancies in the Department throughout the 2024 fiscal year, and therefore, payment could not be made through payroll.

According to the notice, starting from July 31, 2025 (Thursday), four installments of the bonus will be available in a single payment.

Seduc emphasizes that the amount will be credited to the beneficiary's salary or active checking account. If the amount is not credited to these accounts, a new account will be opened, which will automatically receive the credit. In this case, the legitimate beneficiary must go to any Banpará (Bank of the State of Pará) branch with a personal photo ID and the original document.

Beneficiaries who do not reside in Pará, or who have any impediment, may indicate their bank details for later receipt via email [email protected], and must attach proof of residence or a document that proves the impediment to receiving through Banpará. Third-party accounts will not be accepted.

The payment will follow the previously established rules, in up to 12 installments, with a completion deadline by September 2025. The payment dates for the upcoming installments will be announced by Seduc soon.
