Regional Hospital of Caetés (HRPC) in Capanema offers Movie Popcorn to users
The Humanization Working Group (GTH) ensured relaxation and welcome to patients and their companions with the film 'The Pursuit of Happyness'

As a reference in medium and high complexity in northeastern Pará, the management of the Regional Public Hospital of Caetés (HRPC), in Capanema, northeastern Pará, held a special action aimed at the well-being of hospitalized users and their companions with the offer of a "Popcorn Cinema" session on this Monday (18).
The initiative was promoted by the Humanization Working Group (GTH), which ensured moments of relaxation and welcome to users and their companions, with the screening of the film "The Pursuit of Happyness" in the Reception on the 1st floor, with popcorn included.

Emotional relief - For Vanessa Blante, president of the GTH, the project represents an important initiative to positively transform the hospital environment. According to her, by bringing cinema sessions directly to wards and hospitalization spaces, the team aims to provide moments of emotional relief.
“The action benefits not only patients and families but also health professionals, creating a lighter and more welcoming atmosphere,” she emphasized. The professional also stated that, in addition to entertaining, the initiative strengthens hope and optimism, fundamental elements in the recovery process. “By integrating culture and health, the project distracts, comforts, and inspires, making hospital care more humane and meaningful,” she concluded.

Approval - For user Irã Sena da Silva, 49 years old, a resident of the municipality of Boa Vista, about 59 km from the municipality, he approved the action. “I am satisfied with all the care I received here at HRPC. Since my arrival, I was well attended by the team, who provided me with security and attention. Even being far from home, I felt welcomed. A moment like this is very important; we can leave the room a little and watching a movie is very good. May the action be maintained. I can only thank everyone.”
Humanization - According to the Ministry of Health, the National Humanization Policy (PNH) has existed since 2003 to implement the principles of the Unified Health System (SUS) in the daily practices of care and management, qualifying public health in Brazil and encouraging solidarity exchanges among managers, workers, and users. The PNH should be included in all policies and programs of the SUS. Promoting communication among these three groups can provoke a series of debates towards changes that provide better ways to care for and organize work.
