Joint operation by the Civil Police of Pará, PRF, and Federal Revenue seizes 309 tablets of cocaine and skunk
During the inspection, the teams found a secret compartment in the trailer's box, where several tablets of narcotic substance were hidden.

On the morning of this Thursday (21), a load of 290 tablets of a substance similar to skunk and 19 tablets of cocaine were found and seized during a joint operation by the State Narcotics Division (Denarc), the Federal Highway Police (PRF), and the Federal Revenue.
The narcotic material was found in a truck located in the municipality of Ananindeua, Metropolitan Region of Belém, after a report received by Denarc.
"An investigative work was carried out between the Civil Police of Pará and the Federal Revenue, culminating in the information that an illicit load of narcotics was in a truck parked on a property belonging to a private company in the municipality of Ananindeua. We then called the PRF due to their expertise in discovering false bottoms and detailed information about the vehicle in question. During the inspection, the teams found a secret compartment in the trailer's box, where several tablets of narcotic substance were hidden," detailed Delegate Davi Cordeiro, head of Denarc.
In total, the material amounted to approximately 310 kilograms of narcotics that were identified with the help of a sniffer dog from the Federal Revenue. After the seizure, the drug was sent to the Denarc headquarters in the Telégrafo neighborhood, where it will undergo the appropriate legal procedures.

The Civil Police of Pará reinforces the importance of reporting any type of crime. The population can pass on information anonymously and free of charge through the Disque-Denúncia, at number 181, and through the Virtual Attendant IARA, on WhatsApp (91) 98115-9181.
"Our investigations continue to identify and locate the owner of the truck, the owner of the load, and the entire criminal network involved in the illicit chain," concluded the delegate.
