Marabá receives health, leisure, and citizenship services in a new edition of 'Por Todas Elas'
The program took place at the Usina da Paz in the municipality and brought together thousands of people benefiting from more than 30 free services

The southeastern region of Pará received, this Tuesday (26), another major action of health, leisure, and citizenship through the 'Por Todas Elas' program. The program took place at the Usina da Paz in the municipality and gathered a large audience, served with free services.

Throughout the morning, hundreds of people benefited from the services offered by public state agencies and partner secretariats. In the last four days, this was the third major action carried out in the southeastern region of Pará by 'Por Todas Elas', last weekend, the program benefited residents of the municipality of Parauapebas, in the same region.

Governor Helder Barbalho attended the action in Marabá. “This is an important moment to care for women and families. This program, coordinated by Vice Governor Hana, allows us to be here with various services to care for the health, citizenship, beautification, and self-esteem of our women and families. This is the intention of the State Government, to care about what is most important, which is the people,” he stated.

Vice Governor Hana Ghassan, coordinator and creator of the state program for the protection and valorization of women, stated that the goal of the actions is to strengthen the protagonism of the female audience in society. “In every corner of this State, wherever there is a woman, 'Por Todas Elas' will be there. We bring services for our women, to be with them, so they can feel protected, cared for, and welcomed. This is the goal of this program,” she emphasized.

Benefits for the population - In total, more than 30 services were made available during the action, such as document issuance, medical and dental care, mammography and ultrasound exams, eye exams and frame selection for the production of prescription glasses, rapid tests for disease detection, vaccination, health guidance for women, and referrals for exams and specialized consultations, registration for the issuance of identification cards for people with autism spectrum disorder (Ciptea), aesthetic services, cultural attractions, prize draws, recreational activities for children, services from the State Coordination for People with Disabilities (Ceped) and the State Public Defender's Office, health services for pets, among other services.

Retiree Maria de Jesus, a resident of the rural area of Marabá, attended with her family for health services. “Today I am taking the opportunity to do eye exams and also to change my glasses. It is something I needed, as mine have been expired for a long time and I really need them to read and do other activities. I found this action very important. Everything was organized and I am enjoying it,” said Maria.

The participating female audience also had the opportunity to once again benefit from the services offered by the Women's Caravans, mobile structures equipped for exams and specialized consultations, including care in mastology and ultrasound — with reports delivered on the spot — as well as procedures for the breast, thyroid, armpit, total abdomen, urinary tract, and transvaginal. Mammograms and preventive exams for cervical cancer (PCCU) are also offered.

Resident Alane Soares attended in search of gynecological care and emphasized the importance of taking care of women's health. “Today I came to seek gynecological care. It is important that all women have this follow-up. This is a wonderful program. The Government deserves congratulations. An action that should always happen, to further encourage women to take this personal care with their health.”

Por Todas Elas - Created in 2024, the initiative of the Government of Pará aims to guarantee essential services, in addition to fostering discussions about the importance of female participation in politics as protagonists in the construction of rights. The program travels through municipalities in all regions of the State, bringing guidance and services of health, leisure, and citizenship to Pará women, having already guaranteed, since its creation, more than 150,000 services.

“It is a great joy to bring the Por Todas Elas program to Marabá. Our goal is to strengthen the support network for women, ensuring access to citizenship, health, and protection services. Each edition of the program is an opportunity for listening, welcoming, and reinforcing the presence of the State close to women and their families, with essential services and care,” highlighted the State Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga.
