The Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat for Social Assistance, Labor, Employment, and Income (Seaster), conducted around 950 services in August in the municipalities of Almeirim, Santarém, and Monte Alegre, in the Lower Amazon Integration Region, and in Porto de Moz, in the Xingu Integration Region.

The action offered various services, with a focus on social guidance (referrals and support for families in vulnerable situations). With the support of the Brazilian Navy, health services were provided, while the Civil Police offered essential citizenship services, including the issuance of General Registry (RG).

Issuance of documents is one of the essential services offered by the State to the population

The inter-institutional partnership strengthened the presence of the State in western Pará, ensuring integrated work with a broad social impact. The results achieved exceeded expectations, emphasizing the importance of the union between public agencies and security forces for the well-being and dignity of the population. The action was marked by the receptiveness of the communities served, consolidating the work of the Government of Pará and its commitment to social inclusion.

Opportunity and training - The program aimed to assist communities with actions, including document issuance, training, consultations, and job opportunities, expanding the population's access to essential services.

Food handling courses, truffle production, and handicrafts, among others, were taught with wide participation from residents of the municipalities involved.

“We continue to invest throughout Pará in actions that enable the population's access to essential services, as well as more training and opportunities that facilitate job and income generation for social development. Partnerships are fundamental, as this way we strengthen the relationships between entities, thus enabling everyone to achieve more progress and well-being,” highlighted Inocencio Gasparim, head of Seaster.
