State conducts over 400 services at job fairs in the municipality of Santarém
On the occasion, there were interviews for job vacancies, as well as services for unemployment insurance, registration at Sine, issuance of the digital work card, consultations to PIS, among other actions

The Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat for Social Assistance, Labor, Employment and Income (Seaster), and the National Employment System (Sine) held two job fairs in Santarém, Lower Amazon Integration Region, on September 3 and 4. The initiative offered various opportunities in several sectors, including commerce and services. About 418 people received assistance during the actions.
On the occasion, there were interviews for job vacancies, as well as services for unemployment insurance, registration at Sine, issuance of the digital work card, consultations to PIS, support for creating and using the Gov.br account, labor guidance, and information about the job market.
In partnership with the Public Labor Ministry, on September 3, the fair was exclusive to the LGBTQIAPN+ community. On September 4, the action was open to the general public.

“I came with the goal of getting a job, as I have been to several interviews, but unfortunately, due to lack of experience, I was not successful. This morning I woke up and saw in the newspaper that this program was happening. I didn't think twice and came. It's a great opportunity for people,” said Luciana Garcia.
For those seeking their first opportunity in the job market, a Seaster team provided assistance for the "First Job" program, with guidance and registration in the system.
“I came to look for a job opportunity and I leave satisfied, as I have already received a referral for a job interview directly at the company. This was a great chance,” emphasized Ana Catrinha.
Seaster works in partnership with companies throughout the State to offer and promote more job vacancies in the labor market, ensuring job and income generation for the people of Pará.
“The realization of the two job fairs in Santarém is part of the strategies to prioritize the population, so that everyone has access to essential services and that the entry of more people into the job market is facilitated, generating employment and income and allowing economic autonomy. Our State remains the first in the Northern region regarding job generation, which highlights us and shows that we are moving towards the top of development,” emphasized the head of Seaster, Inocencio Gasparim.
