Government of Pará anticipates payment of the 1st installment of the 13th salary for 161 thousand public servants
This measure has been implemented since the beginning of the current state administration in 2019, and this year it guarantees R$ 661 million in the economy, strengthening commerce and services.
The governor of Pará, Helder Barbalho, and the vice-governor, Hana Ghassan, announced on their social media this Wednesday (01) the payment of the first installment of the 13th salary for state public servants. The payment will be made on the upcoming days 7 and 8 of October.
“Hi everyone, I’m here sending a message to the governor, a good message that everyone is waiting for,” declared the vice-governor, Hana Ghassan, at the start of the video.
This measure, implemented since 2019, usually before the Círio de Nazaré, the traditional religious festival known as the “Círio of the people of Pará,” aims to provide greater financial security to the servants and also stimulate the local economy.
“On the 7th and 8th of October, as we do every year, the first installment of the 13th salary will be released. As everyone knows, the Círio de Nazaré is the Christmas of the people of Pará. So that everyone can have money in their accounts before the Círio, everyone will receive 50% of their salary. Therefore, you, active and retired servants, can already prepare and plan, because on the 7th and 8th of October, the money will be in the account. Come with us and let’s work,” said the governor.
The anticipation will benefit more than 161 thousand servants, including active, retired, and pensioners, and is only possible thanks to the financial organization of the State, with accounts up to date and fiscal balance.
With this measure, the government of Pará is injecting 661 million reais into the Pará economy, strengthening commerce and services throughout the state territory.

Day 07 (Tuesday) – Military retirees and civilian pensioners; military and civilian retirees and special pensions/Seplad.
Day 08 (Wednesday) – General Comptroller, Vice-Governorship, Civil House, Military House, Attorney General, Public Defender, Sedap, Sectet, Sefa, Seplad, Semas, Secult, Seel, Sedeme, Seju, Sedop, Sespa, Seaster, Setran, Secom, Setur, Seac, Semu, Seaf, Sepi, Seirdh, Secir, NGTM, NEPMV, NGPR, Artran, NGPM, Fadep, Fire Department, Civil Police, Military Police, Segup, Adepará, Arcon, Codec, Ceasa, Cohab, PCE/PA, Detran, Egpa, Emater, FCG, FCP, Fasepa, Funtelpa, Fapespa, Hospital de Clínicas, Hospital Ophir Loyola, Fundação Hemopa, Santa Casa de Misericórdia, Imetropará, Iasep, Igepps, IOE, Iterpa, Jucepa, Prodepa, Seap, Uepa, Ideflor-Bio, CPH, Fundação Parápaz and Seduc (capital and interior).
