Cultural Foundation of Pará promotes creative drawing course in Marabá
The course will be held on Saturdays at the Cultural Station, and registrations must be made online by Friday (3)

The Cultural Foundation of Pará (FCP) is open for registrations for the second module of the creative drawing course with artist Rildo Moreira, in Marabá. Classes will take place on Saturdays, from October 7 to 25, at the Cultural Station. There are 20 spots available. To compete for one of them, it is necessary to fill out the online form by next Friday (3).

It is not necessary to have participated in the first module of the workshop to join the new stage; however, the student needs to know basic drawing techniques and traditional materials, and be at least twelve years old.
“The complete course is divided into three modules: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The goal is to train and encourage artists from the Carajás region, especially those who live and work in Marabá, where the classes take place,” details the president of the Cultural Foundation of Pará, Thiago Miranda.
About the artist - Rildo Vieira Brasil is a plastic artist, cartoonist, painter, and visual arts teacher from Brazil, based in Marabá. Known for being one of the masters in ink art and its regionalist variant, the Amazonian ink. He is also a founding member of the Association of Visual Artists of Southern and Southeastern Pará.
