Craft Fair celebrates the Círio edition with 120 exhibitors at Estação das Docas
The event is free and will take place next Saturday (4), bringing together fashion items, crafts, gastronomy, music, and social inclusion

Estação das Docas will be the stage for the Art&Chic Belém Fair – Círio Edition on October 4th. From 12 PM to 10 PM, the public can check out more than 120 local exhibitors of author fashion, crafts, and gastronomy in a program that mixes entrepreneurship, faith, and culture. Entry is free.
For the event coordinator, Chrys Nery, this edition is marked by the symbolism of Círio. “Círio represents the greatest cultural and religious moment of our Pará. Uniting this atmosphere of faith and tradition with the encouragement of entrepreneurship is a great achievement. This edition is one of the most special precisely because it carries the energy of unity and hope that the festival provides.”

Among the entrepreneurs present, stories of overcoming help to show the importance of the Fair as a business showcase. Young Patrick Carvalho, along with his mother, Sandra Morais Carvalho, have been in the sacred art segment for three years. It was at the Fair that they found one of their first opportunities to showcase their work.
The idea of working with sacred art was born during a delicate moment when Sandra was facing depression. “In a casual way, I told my mother that I would paint an image of Our Lady of Nazaré. Since then, we have been perfecting ourselves, and three years later, we remain firm in our purpose. We don’t just sell images; we bring faith into every piece we produce.”
For this edition, mother and son promise a unique collection. “We are preparing pieces with rich Amazonian details, but without losing tradition and faith,” Patrick states.

Inclusion and culture
The program also brings initiatives that highlight inclusion and welcome. In this edition, the fair will once again feature the Inclusive Space, an area dedicated to exhibitors who are mothers of atypical children. The event also promotes a multidisciplinary chat on the theme “Exploring flavors: How to make food a fun adventure,” with the participation of psychopedagogue Terezinha Ferreira, speech therapist Sarah Cutrim, ABA and DI specialized pedagogue Núbia Farias, and nutritionist Kelen Morais.
The inclusive space will also have special performances, showcasing the talent of autistic dancer Miguel Fernandes and the Mauro Santos Dance Group.

To top it off, the musical program will liven up Estação das Docas with performances by Adson Baia and Wenderson FP, the band Valkyria, and singer Rafaela Travassos.
