PM integrates security macro actions for the classic RexPa at Mangueirão
The police will be distributed across different operational fronts, including foot patrols, motorized units, mounted units, and specialized teams, focusing on conflict prevention, fan safety, and control of the stadium's surroundings.

The Military Police of Pará has developed a comprehensive security plan for the classic Remo x Paysandu, which takes place this Tuesday (14), at 7:30 PM, at the Olympic Stadium of Pará, Mangueirão, valid for the B series of the Brazilian Championship. The actions are integrated and aim to ensure the tranquility of the event, which is expected to gather around 45,000 fans.
The operation will be coordinated by the General Operations Department (DGO) and will involve hundreds of police officers distributed across different operational fronts, including foot patrols, motorized units, mounted units, and specialized teams, focusing on conflict prevention, fan safety, and control of the stadium's surroundings.

The force has been active since 11:30 AM, monitoring the concentration of the fans and will continue until the complete dispersal of the public after the match.
The PM will maintain a reinforced presence at the headquarters of the organized fan groups, on the main traffic corridors, and at the concentration points of fans, such as areas in the neighborhoods of Marco, São Brás, Pedreira, Curió-Utinga, Marambaia, Ananindeua, and Marituba. The goal is to prevent confrontations, vandalism, and other illegal activities before, during, and after the game.
Among the preventive measures is the inspection of materials from organized fan groups before entering the stadium, as well as the prohibition of car sound systems, tents, and glass bottles in the vicinity of Mangueirão. The parking area will be monitored and organized in partnership with the State Department of Transit (Detran) and the Municipal Secretary of Urban Mobility of Belém (Segbel), ensuring traffic flow and access for emergency vehicles.

The plan also includes sweeps by the Special Operations Battalion (Bope) and the Canine Action Battalion (BAC) inside the stadium to detect prohibited materials.
The delegations of the clubs will have motorized police escorts, departing from Hotel Sagres (Remo) and Curuzu (Paysandu), with monitoring during the journey and return after the game.
Inside the stadium, policing will be divided between the East (red) and West (blue) sides, ensuring the separation of the fans and the maintenance of order in the stands and circulation areas.

The head of the General Operations Department, Colonel Mariúba, emphasized that the plan follows the protocols of the General Sports Law and the Public Security Council (Consep), ensuring compliance with safety standards and the protection of all involved.
“The RexPa is an event of great cultural and sporting importance for Pará. Our mission is to ensure that it takes place peacefully, with safety for fans, athletes, and workers. The planning has been meticulous and involves all areas of the PM,” said the colonel.
