The game between Remo and Goiás, valid for the 38th round of the Série B of the Brazilian Championship, next Sunday (23), will have a broad security scheme coordinated by the State Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense (Segup), in partnership with security agencies at the state, federal, and municipal levels. With an estimated audience of 47,000 people, the security strategy will be implemented from the opening of the gates, scheduled for 1:30 PM.

The Command and Control Center will monitor the movement around the stadium

The public security scheme will involve around 1,500 security agents acting in an integrated manner, supported by more than 260 vehicles in the area of the Olympic Stadium of Pará Journalist "Edgar Proença", the Mangueirão.

The actions executed before, during, and after the match aim to ensure order and tranquility for all, assures the head of Segup, Ualame Machado. According to him, "thanks to meticulous planning and the integration of our security forces and other oversight agencies, we have set up a robust and comprehensive scheme that will cover all access areas, the surroundings of the stadium, and evacuation routes. Our goal is clear: to ensure a safe and family-friendly environment so that fans can enjoy the sporting spectacle with peace of mind. We have reinforced police presence at strategic points and established strict protocols for searches and monitoring."

Operational support – Due to the large presence of the public, operational support will be available 4 hours before the start of the game, scheduled for 4:30 PM. From 12:30 PM, the personnel will already be mobilized for the opening of the parking lot and access gates to the stadium. There will be no on-site sales of parking tickets and tickets. These sales will be made in advance.

The Command and Control Center (CCO) of the Mangueirão will gather the focal points of each force, from where it will be possible to monitor the images from the cameras installed in the stadium and its surroundings, thus speeding up responses to operational demands if necessary. Images from 900 cameras will be used, including internal circuit cameras, Ciop (Integrated Operations Center) cameras, and security totems in the vicinity.

Actions will begin before the opening of the gates

Mobility – Agents from the Department of Traffic (Detran) and the Secretary of Security, Public Order, and Mobility of Belém (Segbel) will guide traffic on the access roads to the stadium. To facilitate the route, on the day of the event, the avenues Júlio Cezar, starting from Avenida Almirante Barroso, and Doutor Freitas will have the flow released. Thus, access will be via Avenida Centenário.

At the Mangueirão, the Delegacy for the Protection of Fans and Major Events, and the Specialized Delegacy for Women's Assistance (Deam) will ensure service and expedite the registration of occurrences if necessary. The Delegacy for Adolescent Assistance and the 5th Urban Section of Marambaia will have reinforced shifts.

In the ostensive policing, the Police Battalion for Events, responsible for maintaining public order at major events, will be fully operational in coordinating the ostensive actions of the Military Police troop. Mounted police (RPMont) and platoons from the Shock Police Battalion will reinforce the isolation of the stadium.

The Search and Recapture Group (GBR) from the State Secretariat for Penitentiary Administration (Seap) will monitor individuals near the stadium, creating an exclusion zone so that individuals under monitored release do not frequent the areas close to the football match, in cases of prohibitions.

There will be no ticket sales in the parking lot. The guidance is for the public to purchase tickets in advance on the websites to avoid inconveniences. Public access to the parking lots will occur through seven gates, which will be operational for entry starting at 1 PM, with three on side A, via Avenida Augusto Montenegro, and four on side B, via Avenida Mangueirão (also known as Transmangueirão).

Integration - The planned actions integrate teams from Segup, through the Operational and Criminal Intelligence and Analysis sub-secretariats; Graesp (Public Security Air Group) and Ciop; Military, Civil, and Scientific police; Detran, Military Fire Brigade, and Seap; Seel (State Secretariat for Sports and Leisure), Public Ministry, and Public Defender; Federal Police and municipal agencies, such as the Municipal Guard, Sedcon (Municipal Secretary of Economic Development), and Segbel.
