Seduc promotes direct dialogue with directors and staff to identify demands and advance in pedagogical management and infrastructure
On this Thursday (27), the management of the State Department of Education (Seduc) was at the Regional Education Directorate (DRE) of Cametá, in the northeast of Pará, continuing the schedule of technical visits to regional units throughout the State.
The Secretary of Education, Ricardo Sefer, was accompanied by the Deputy Secretary of Logistics of Seduc, Kassumi Kyushima, reinforcing the articulation between infrastructure, pedagogical management, and meeting the demands of the network.
The secretary emphasized the importance of direct contact with each regional office. “There is no efficient management without looking into the eyes of each server and understanding the real needs of each school, of each DRE. The visits have resolved important demands and help us to advance even further. We remain committed to strengthening education throughout Pará,” he stressed.
The program began at the headquarters of the DRE, which serves the municipalities of Cametá, Baião, Mocajuba, and Limoeiro do Ajuru, covering different modalities of education, such as Quilombola Education, Rural Education, Modular Organization System of Education (Some), in addition to four rural schools and three full-time schools.
The delegation visited the Gerson Peres State School and met with directors of the school units served by the regional office, as well as representatives from municipal secretariats. The meeting allowed for the alignment of priority actions and strengthened the dialogue between the State and municipalities.
The head of the DRE, Raimundo Barra, highlighted the historic significance of the visit. “This is the first time that a Secretary of Education visits our DRE. This demonstrates the importance of listening and Seduc's commitment to our territory. It is a pleasure to welcome him here, as this dialogue strengthens our actions and assists regional administration,” he emphasized.
The DRE of Cametá becomes the 27th of the 40 Regional Education Directorates visited by Seduc's management. The goal is to complete the itinerary by December, ensuring active listening, territorial diagnosis, and addressing the demands of each region.
