State launches Parárraiá 2025 with regional and national attractions

The largest São João of the Amazon will take place from June 12 to 15, strengthening the partnership between the Government of Pará and the Ministry of Tourism

The Government of Pará, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, announced this Monday (5) the second edition of Parárraiá, from June 12 to 15, in Belém. The event, which already stands out as the largest "São João of the Amazon", will boost the local economy, attracting thousands of visitors to enjoy all the joy and diversity of Pará's June culture.
"It is a huge satisfaction to participate in this event, which not only promotes fun but also generates jobs and income for our State," emphasized Governor Helder Barbalho during the launch.

The governor stressed that the realization of Parárraiá is part of the strategy to consolidate Pará as a destination for major events. "We are working to ensure that Belém has a calendar full of attractions, generating occupancy in hotels and boosting the service sectors, such as bars and restaurants," he informed.

The first edition, in 2024, attracted more than 400,000 people to the parking lot of Novo Mangueirão. The expectation for this year is a larger number of participants, with a program that features major names in regional and national music.

Ana Carla Lopes, executive secretary of the Ministry of Tourism, also highlighted the importance of the event. "We are celebrating our culture and promoting exchange with nationally renowned artists. It is an opportunity to showcase what we have best," she stated.

Singer Nattanzinho, who returns to the stage of the largest São João of the Amazon, shared his excitement. According to him, "every time there is Parárraiá, I am here! For me, it is an honor to be part of such a beautiful event. I am passionate about Pará, its food, its culture. I am looking forward to singing and celebrating with all of you."
