ParáPaz Foundation certifies students in free Administrative Assistant course
With 80 hours of classes, the training covered topics such as Ethics, Digital Marketing, and Entrepreneurship, preparing 45 people for the job market
“We have completed one of the most important chapters of our journey. We finished the course after two months of study, care, and obstacles to get here. We learned the importance of organization, responsibility, work, and, above all, ethics. This is just the beginning, and we are ready for new challenges. Let the next achievements come.” The statement is from Cinthia Cláudia Oliveira, a morning shift student, and reflects the feelings of the 45 students who completed the course “Professional Training and Citizenship with Qualification in Administrative Assistance” on Monday (5).

Held at the ParáPaz Integrated Unit for Inclusion and Social Projects, located on Avenida João Paulo II in Belém, the training, with a workload of 80 hours, opens doors to the job market. During the course, students learned about Administrative Routines, Digital Marketing, Ethics, and Workplace Safety. They also had classes on Entrepreneurship, Cooperativism, and Computer Science, as well as guidance on resume writing and job interviews. All of this with a practical approach connected to the reality of the market.
Awareness - “This training arose from the need to offer a real opportunity for professional qualification, combined with citizenship. We know that the job market is always changing, so it is important to train people with technical knowledge and also with an awareness of their rights and duties,” explained Denise Souza, the unit coordinator.
According to her, many students arrived shy, not knowing where to start, but over the weeks they gained confidence, learning to position themselves better and believing in their potential.

Rita Melo, general coordinator of the ParáPaz Foundation units, attended the certification and said that “seeing these 45 students completing the course, many of them with shining eyes and plans that once seemed distant, is proof that we are on the right track. It’s about qualifying, yes, but also about transforming lives.”
From May 12 to 16, from 3 PM to 5 PM, the unit will offer the course “Ceremony and Event Reception.” Registrations are open and can be made by calling (91) 98986-0583.
