Registration for the workshop "The Creative Process of Music Production" begins next Monday (19), with 15 available spots, taught by producer and music director Davi Amorim. Registration is free and can be done virtually between May 19 and 24. Classes will be held from May 26 to 30, from 3 PM to 6 PM, at the Casa das Artes, located next to the Basilica of Nazaré.

The workshop aims to explore the music production process, emphasizing the creative aspect, compositions, timbre choices, arrangements, instruments, and software study. "Blending music with technology, with elements that encompass music production supported by virtual and real instrumentation," says multi-instrumentalist and music producer Davi Amorim, who will teach the course.

Davi Amorim began working professionally in music in the 1990s, recording several CDs for local artists in studios and playing with icons of the Brazilian music scene, such as Fafá de Belém. With his experience, he will assist participants interested in this universe.

“If you want to optimize your work as a composer, arranger, producer, and enhance your recordings, come participate in this workshop,” says Paulo Moura, the sound language coordinator at the Cultural Foundation of Pará (FCP).

He emphasizes that the workshop is aimed at music producers, professional and amateur musicians in music production who seek training and guidance to effectively conduct musical creation.
